I absolutely loved my fold but mine disappeared. I searched high and low and have been mourning the loss for months!

I’ve just ordered a replacement and can’t wait to receive it.

I waited a long time before making this purchase of the Paradise Fold given the hefty price tag only to have my order somehow get lost in transit. The customer service was excellent, however in that they sent me a new Fold with expedited delivery and then when there was a minor issue with the fastener in the front, they sent ANOTHER one! The Fold itself is just as amazing as I had hoped for and I could not be happier with my purchase and with the product and very attentive and responsive customer service team. Thank you!

I love my Folds from Paradisefold! The quality is amazing, and the designs are all so beautiful that it was honestly so hard to choose! I also love that they offer double-layer mulberry silk, which feels like such a lovely quality touch. They’ve lasted so well, and the customer service has always been great too.. friendly and helpful. It’s lovely to find a brand that offers such beautiful designs, great quality and excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend ❤️

absolutely love my Paradisefold wraps. I have straight hair and they keep it silky smooth, in place and so much more manageable overnight, with far fewer flyaways, kinks and frizz.

The silk feels beautifully thick and luxurious, and the patterns and colours are so stylish and high-end that they’re easily wearable outside too - especially in warmer climates or on humid holidays when you want to keep your hair protected and polished.

I’d particularly recommend them to postpartum mums. They helped protect the hair I had during postpartum hair loss, and when my new hair started growing back at all those awkward shorter lengths, the fold kept those shorter strands smooth rather than sticking out everywhere.

They also make a brilliant baby shower/new-mum gift - something different, unique and special that’s actually for mum, and always seems to be a winner!

I’ve had mine since pre-baby, so over five years now, and can still use them. I highly recommend hand washing to preserve the silk and extend their life. They’re an investment, but the quality, longevity and how well they protect my hair make them completely worth it.

I needed extra advise on care instructions and how to bring mine ‘back to life’ after considerable wear and useage over the years and I could feel the committment and passion come through in their service, not just through the product.

I bought two pillowcases as gifts, for someone who suffers from alopecia and someone else undergoing chemotherapy. They are great for anyone looking after their hair and scalp and who want a good night's sleep.

I bought two sleep masks for myself and my partner. By far the comfiest and highest quality silk masks Ive come across. It is like a cloud on my face!

I love my paradise fold but it felt slightly too tight on my forehead , for me .
I emailed PF & got a quick response saying they would alter it for free !! I'd already had it a couple of months but had been super busy .
They added some width to it , beautifully altered - you would never know & send it back my recorded post .

I absolutely love Paradise Fold. I’ve purchased their pillow covers, sleep masks, hair wraps, hair ties, tops, and dresses, and every item has exceeded my expectations.
The quality is exceptional, with beautifully made fabrics that feel soft, comfortable, and luxurious. My granddaughter especially loves the pillow covers and says she wakes up feeling relaxed and refreshed. It’s wonderful to see how much she enjoys them.

I loved my fold and i would’ve recommended it. However my fold became damaged on ties within a year. I reached out regarding lifetime care and was told that my fold is beyond repair in this short period and they cannot help me. They ignored my next email kindly expressing disappointment and offered no solution, no coupon, no response. Lifetime care is a false advertisement, customer service is not helpful and the price is not justified to purchase annually. Do not recommend

Update to response: i dont have a dog or children. No one “scratched” my fold. It is literally wear and tear from use, which is what i communicated in my email. Weird that you wont respond to my email but will respond to my review.

The elegant designs and quality of silk are what make Paradise Fold silk hair wraps stand out from the rest. I've been using them for years - started with the turbans, moved on to the hair wraps, pillow cases & all the comforts for sleeping but now I also love their daywear, esp the silk trousers and camisoles, which are super flattering and comfortable! Really nice brand and people behind it.

This bonnet literally changed my life! I have curly hair and when I wake up it's all over the place, since I started using the folds my hair stays the same as when I slept, it's crazy the difference good material makes. It's super soft, the material feels expensive and I got the fold through an offer that gave me silk hair ties for free which are also really good quality. I'm thoroughly convinced and will get the silk pillowcase next for days I don't feel like wearing a bonnet. Game changer!

I want to confirm that the company’s reply below is accurate. I did eventually hear from them, received all of my items, and they included an extra silk bonnet as a gift to make up for all the trouble.

I have also withdrawn the dispute I filed with my credit card company.

ParadiseFold made things right, and I’m very happy with my items. As I said in my original review, the quality of their products is exceptional. It seems this whole FedEx fiasco caused a lot of problems for this small business over the past couple of months.

I considered deleting my original review, but I think it’s more useful to leave the entire experience here—including the resolution. Things can go wrong, particularly for a small business, and I think it’s worth showing when a company ultimately steps up and makes things right.

And, in the end, I was ordering luxury items. It’s not as though I was waiting for something that was life or death. A little patience went a long way here.

Like another recent reviewer, my order was lost by FedEx (I can track it to Memphis and it’s just in limbo) and after multiple emails over a 9-day period of time and posting on IG (plus DMs) customer service didn’t get back to me until I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They told me my emails had gone to a Spam folder and that they were resending my order but all they did was generate a FedEx label a couple of days ago, nothing has been sent.

I opened an investigation with FedEx about a week ago and haven’t heard back from them yet.

It’s super disappointing because I’ve ordered in the past and I own a head wrap, a bonnet, and a pillow case and the quality and craftsmanship is excellent. I ordered two more pillowcases a month ago and was really looking forward to using them.

Methinks this small business has some major logistics/organizational issues happening and they are scrambling. And just not being transparent and upfront with their customers about it.

Keep getting their marketing emails which is like salt on a wound and just makes me angry.

While I’m bummed, I will press on with my credit card company and hopefully get my money back soon.

My first time ordering, the ordered is lost, Fedex may have lost it im really not sure. However, Paradisefold ignore all my emails so what does that tell you, ill leave it to you to decide. I would never recommend this brand, any brand who is not contactable probably a scam.

I genuinely cannot remember the last time I experienced customer service as outstanding as this.

I contacted Paradise Fold about exchanging a new Fold because the colour wasn’t quite right for me, and also mentioned that my much-loved older Fold had become loose after a great deal of use.

From the very beginning, Talha was absolutely fantastic — warm, polite, incredibly helpful and genuinely interested in finding the best solution. My exchange was arranged quickly, I was very kindly allowed to keep the complimentary scrunchie from my original order, and Paradise Fold offered to adjust the elastic in my older Fold under their complimentary Lifetime Care service. When I mentioned that its label had also become worn, they offered to replace that too.

Every interaction was handled with such care and generosity. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I was kept informed and reassured throughout.

What particularly stood out was how personal the service felt. I wasn’t simply an order number — I felt I was dealing with people who genuinely cared about their customers and stood behind their products. That level of customer care is incredibly rare.

I already loved my Into the Wild Fold and wear it every night, but this experience has made me an even more loyal customer.

Talha, you are an absolute credit to Paradise Fold. Thank you to you and the whole team for genuinely exceptional customer service. Five stars simply don’t feel enough! 😊

This company is awful and would give ZERO stars if I could. They claim to be ‘ethical’ in their advertising but nothing could be further from the truth. When I asked a question about how they claim to be ethical they just private messaged me to ask about my hair length and type, clearly more interested in bombarding prospective customers with their selling technique than actually listening to anyone’s questions. We all know that the process of making silk is cruel and yet they pride themselves in their product. Silk worms being boiled alive is, in my book, far from ethical. I wasn’t even going to write a review but because they consistently answer my question with their sales pitch and clearly not interested in what I’m asking, I thought a review was in order.

The designs in this product range are lovely and the silk is very high quality, however if your hair is shorter than shoulder length, you are better off buying a bonnet for a much cheaper price.
I chose the wrap because I thought it would stay on my head a lot better than the cheap shower cap style I already owned. My hair is wavy rather than tight curls as well and the wrap squashes them whether I put my hair in a pineapple or not.
Rather disappointed because this cost a lot of money I really couldn't afford

I've used my fold every single night for over a year now and it is still in great condition. It keeps my fly away hair neat and saves me time in a morning...no.more bed head! More importantly the customer service I've recieved from this company has been first class.

Great concept but doesn't stay in place and the band is far too thin and loose. Not worth £150 wish i never bought it.

I bought because I thought, oh this does the 2 things I do in one ace I'll buy that, nope im better off using my silk scarf to hold my curls in place under my silky silk bonnet. No it does not. I uses it for a week didn't stay in place was frustratingly annoying to wear and caused head aches.

Please spend 30 on a silky silk bonnet 20 on a silk scarf and do it the way I used too. Save yourself some money. You can't return unless unworn so cant even have a few days to test it out at this price.

I ordered a turban, a pillowcase and some hair ties. I'm very pleased with all of the products and the elephant/turtle print is so pretty. The turban fits me just right, not too snug and not too tight. The products are pricey, but you're paying for silk and that does cost more than some other fabrics. I feel it was worth the cost for me.
