Bonnie was very helpful in explaining the terms of the loan and was able to answer all of my questions.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. I sent a payoff check for my account on 7/31 - it was received on 8/7 and cashed on 8/11. They didn't credit my account until 8/29. In the meantime they send past due notices and are now telling me that it will be another two weeks before I see my refund and have my account cleared. Don't do business with them! Update - as of 9/23 - I have emailed, I have called, still no refund. They give me the run around on the phone. What is the next step? Better Business Bureau? Lawyer?

Thorough and professional exchange

I never applied for a loan with this company Momnt. They took my information from some other so called home improvement company and stated that I applied for a loan through a text message. Patrick is a representative who goes around lying to people that they have a rebate program that will cover the products that they install just to lure you in? In the meantime, he’s taking your name, Social Security number and getting your signature to apply it to a loan. The rebate program was all made up. Momnt jumped right on it, because upper room media group no longer exists. I’ve never seen any documentation concerning a loan with terms, APR, payments due. Be careful signing anything through text message etc. They are money laundering from people who believe that they are legitimate.

My loan app was submitted to this company by the company I was using for a bathroom remodeling job. I used this particular bathroom remodeler because they offered an option for 18 months no interest/payment and I wanted to get my HELOC paid off and this loan transferred over with a lower interest rate. My loan was instantly approved for $21,365 and I was presented with 6 different finance options, none of which included the 18 month no interest/payments option. The consultant I was working with immediately called the finance company to find out why this option was not one of my options. The rep was unable to give him an answer, stating that he did not know why. The next day I called the finance company myself and was still unable to get an reason as to why I was instantly approved for $21,365 but no option for 18 months no interest option. My credit score was not an issue or I wouldn't have been approved instantly for $21,365 (btw, my credit score is 821), my debt to income certainly wasn't a factor or once again, I would not have been approved. Still no one could provide me with a reason. In light of this, it has become very obvious that they are using the old bait and switch tactic to attract customers...it worked for me and up until now it has probably been working for many others as the consultant mentioned that he had the same issue with a prior customer of his. I only hope that others read this review prior to using them if they are planning a project and would like deferred billing but then again, they probably won't offer this option after My states Attorney General as well as the FTC get wind of this...and they will, I promise.

The application process was simple. The follow-up call was polite, succinct, and thorough. Bonnie was very helpful on the call and made sure I had everything I needed to sign up and set up payment.
