Bonnie was very patient considering my frustration factor that required me to apply in the first place. She fixed my goof and got me headed in the right direction.

I recently had our bathroom remodeled and pick Momnt as the finance company to work with. I setup auto pay and started paying before the first due date. Since then while the payments are faithfully being withdrawn every month, I am receiving calls almost every day stating that I have not made a payment. I have called customer service 3-4 times a week along with emails to momntsupport and while they try to help, management has not stepped as I have requested to get this straighten out. I took the loan out in May, so it has been a lengthy process that still has not been resolved. I will never do business with these folks again.

Made an extraordinary payment on a Friday and TWO charges appear on my bank statement, causing an overdraft.
Their idiotic help desk has no way to help, no way to escalate, no way to do anything. Burden is no me and my bank to get that money from out of their fat pockets as interest and fees pile against me.
That second draft is FRAUDULENT as you remain silent about this problem.
Just say it, “we blew it”, here’s your money. Until you do that, you are stealing. Your silence is very enervating, your ineptitude is infuriating.

She wanted to touch bases with me to double check information and to ensure I fully understood the terms of the contract. I had a few questions that she readily had the answers for. Moment has lost 3 of my payments! There are no words to describe how incompetent these people are! They do NOT answer emails. They do Not answer the letters I sent to them. I sent my final payment certified mail to the address provided. The enveloped was signed for by someone named " N. Wallet" on 8/27/2026 at 11:18AM and has now disappeared!!!
