Their return policy is very rigid and they are not flexible enough to accommodate clients requests.

I'm quite confused by this. We had a full conversation and you liked the dress, but it was slightly tighter. You asked if you can return it, and we gave you all details on how and where to return if, and once we receive it, we would issue a full refund. We happily agreed to a return, so I don't understand why after that you left this review? Please get in touch with us, and we'll resolve any confusions or misunderstandings. Best regards.
Superb
Can't fault another outfit and delivery. It's my no 1 place to order from.
Beautiful outfit.
