Molly Olivia was born from a love of collecting jewellery - pieces picked up on my travels, vintage treasures passed down from my grandmother, little items that told a story. I wanted to create that same feeling - jewellery that carries meaning, and can be worn everyday. Every piece blends heirloom-inspired craftsmanship with a modern, wearable edge - timeless, but never outdated. Designed to be layered, loved, and worn your way. I was drawn to the hammered texture and individuality of heirloom pieces, but I wanted something that also felt fresh and modern for everyday wear. That’s why I started Molly Olivia - to bridge the gap between luxury craftsmanship and accessible jewellery. Every piece is designed to have that heirloom quality - rich textures, sculptural forms, and timeless details - while still being perfect for everyday wear. It’s about creating one-of-a-kind, high-quality jewellery that is made to last. Pieces you'll reach for every day and treasure for years to come.

We've checked our order records thoroughly against the name and details on your profile and can't find any purchase history with Molly Olivia London so it looks like this review may have been left for the wrong company by mistake, perhaps intended for Olivia London instead, similarly to your other review.

Worst customer service I ever…

Worst customer service I have ever experience, I was so excited to receive the necklace I ordered from Molly Olivia. When it arrived I was disappointed because it was poor quality and looked cheap and it was quite expensive. I placed a request for a return and it was excepted I sent back the necklace using the tracking code and shipping they provided (it had to be sent within 2 days of receiving the code which is a very fast return window) and then I tracked my parcel and it arrived back to the warehouse. That was 2 weeks ago and I have sent 3 emails and an enquire on the question part of the website and I have received no response. This is disgraceful and really disappointing considering I spent £130 on a necklace that looked poor quality and then sent it back to now still be out of pocket £130 and not even have a product to show for it. Do not buy from this company it feels like a scam and a complete waste of hard earned money.

Beautiful jewellery

The bracelet I ordered is even more beautiful than the pictures. And it was delivered within two days, with elegant wrapping. I can’t wait to gift it to my friend!

My ring tarnished after only wearing it…

My ring tarnished after only wearing it a handful of times over two months, which was really disappointing. I contacted customer service, but they were very slow to respond and difficult to get hold of.

Eventually, they sent a replacement ring, but the exact same thing happened again. After that, I asked if I could return it for a refund because I no longer had confidence in the quality of the product.

They refused to give me a full refund, and customer service continued to be slow and unresponsive throughout. Overall, it’s been a very disappointing experience and I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

We're really sorry to hear about your experience. Tarnishing after a replacement is genuinely not what we expect, and we're sorry for the delays you faced getting through to us. Our pieces are gold vermeil or 18ct plated, which can be sensitive to things like moisture, perfume and daily wear, so we always encourage proper storage and care to keep them looking their best - happy to share our care tips if that would help going forward.

Unique jewels, worth it 🤩

Love the jewellery! Such unique designs and minimalist looking, which I love the way it looks on my skin and makes my outfit complete! It was also such fast delivery just in time my birthday party!😆
