I ordered two pair of boots that looked great in the marketing photo. When I received the actual boots, they looked NOTHING like the photo used for marketing. The material of the boots were completely cheap and not worth even the sale price that they advertised. Wish I had sought out customer reviews first. Will request a refund. What a waste of time, money and effort! Clearly not made in the U.S.!!!!!

No wonder we are in a trade war with China. This company is absurd! Do not buy anything from them ! You won't get what you think you ordered. Cheaply made and at all what the picture shows. I should've read the reviews but I trusted Pinterest

I ordered several pairs of shoes and a shirt from Mollyca. It took 7 weeks to arrive. Once I saw the items I immediately began to request a refund as instructed on their site. The merchandise was VERY cheaply made and poor quality. They offered me a percentage off to keep the items. I said no very clearly and repeatedly saying I only wanted a refund. It took three weeks of back and forth. They are not quick to respond. Finally they gave me the return address. It cost me $52 to mail the merchandise back. I took pictures of the box with items, the receipt for shipping, receipt of items, all paperwork, addressed and postage applied box and sent it all to them. That was two months ago. They say they have so many boxes they haven't seen mine yet. What a crock. So first they rip me off then to add insult to injury I pay $52 for return postage and get nothing in return. DO NOT ORDER THEIR CHEAPLY MADE ITEMS.

Wish I had read the reviews before buying. These are cheap Chinese made knock offs that don’t resemble the actual pictures used in on the website. I ordered months ago and still have not received one of the two pairs of shoes I ordered. I emailed customer service multiple times trying to cancel my order and get a refund, to no avail. Then I emailed to change my shipping address because I hadn’t received a response and I had moved. I finally got a too bad we already shipped one pair and no reference to the second pair at all response 2 weeks later

Boots look so cute in picture. When the arrive they were all squished up in a plastic bag. The stitching came undone first time I wore them. Emailed the company, they ignored me. I will never buy from them again. Cheaply made knock offs or the images, BAD ALL ROUND!

My son ordered boots from them for Christmas for me. Poor guy paid $71 including shipping. I opened my present and they don't look anything like what they were advertising. Description said some leather but the whole frickin boots are plastic.
What a rip off I feel horrible for my son. He paid $71 for plastic boots that might be worth $10.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.

I should have known better and checked reviews of the company. For some reason I thought I was dealing with a US company. Nope - shopped direct from China.
I order a high fashion leather Martin boot.
I received a plastic Chinese knock off. Wrong size.
Article is nothing like the photo or description as advertised.
Threw them in the bin.
BE WARNED DO NOT BE RIPPED OFF BY DEALING WITH THIS OUTFIT

I finally threatened class action law suit in an email. They responded that the boots were delivered to a drop box in California. My shipping address is Florida. I can’t even track down the drop box without a box number. This company needs to be shut down

Reviews say it all! I also should have checked out reviews before ordering shoes for a Christmas present. I received shoes yesterday after 1 1/2 months. The first image comes from the mailbox, in a bag, with no box. Next image is a pair of shoes that have straps on each side that are upside down from one another (penny loafers) and would not hold a penny in them even if I glued them in. Tacky, cheap, and so poorly made, This company does not give any follow up or communicate. Do not waste your money!!

Unfortunately I too did not read the reviews before ordering and am regretting it. The boots I ordered have not arrived after one month, and my emails concerning the situation have been ignored. Even if by some miracle they do arrive, having seen the comments from other victims, I am expecting to have to throw them away. So annoyed, and of course they make it impossible to contact them in any other way than the email response form, which is a complete waste of time. A costly mistake.

Honestly wouldn’t even given it 1 star. I couldn’t type the review unless I did! I ordered some boots in November. I have yet to receive them. I have emailed them twice. Both times they promise to ship them. They took my money and never shipped my order!

I give them negative stars. The company is horrible!! Products are cheap, smelly, shoddy workmanship and the quality is horrible. Their customer service is non-existent. I have emailed them over a dozen times to get their return mailing address. They emailed back offering me 15 and 20% refund if I kept the boots. I don't want them and no one else would either. If anyone who is reviewing this company has a working return address, please post it. Then the fact that they only give you 30 days to return the items from when you receive them only proves why they procrastinate or neglect altogether to respond. I'm sure they have seen all the horrible reviews and don't really care. I just want my money back!

The worst ever, I always do research but regret not this time, the worst customer service and yes cheap boots, I purchase 4 pairs for $200 for Xmas gifts.. will not give I am embarrassed of how cheap they are and smell.. DO NOT Buy and yes take forever to deliver....

My products shipped from China and took over a month. The boots looked so cute online but are not at all as they appear! Cheap and Poor Quality. They give off a Horrible Toxic Smelling Oder !!!

Customer service is hesitating on giving me their return address.
You have to pay for the shipping costs to China if you return items.
When I placed the order I actually thought the business was out of California.

Paid 78$ before shipping for a pair of beautiful boots or that’s what it seemed on Facebook.
Took months to get and then when they finally showed up after a month of sending emails they are like something g you would but at a dollar store. Cheap plastic!! And the smell! Kerosene and shot combined. Can’t even keep in house. Awful. They are scammers big time!!!!!!!

I made the order dec 9. It is dec 19. I have not gotten tracking info and I have emailed the company 3 times and I have not gotten a response. I’m going to file a claim with PayPal . I ordered 73.00 worth of shoes ( one pair of boots and one pair of slippers ). I wish I would have read these reviews before I made the purchase. Lesson learned .... no more ordering online to unknown companies and read reviews first !

Horrible ordered Bathers did not fit , returned the bathers expecting a full refund back in September still waiting for my refund. Will never order anything from them again.

Well my last shirt from them finally came and I’m sending it to good will or the trash can. Ugly cheap and a shirt with no cuffs! The 3 shirts I ordered look nothing like the picture. Please don’t order from them it’s a joke. Choke on my hard earned money you scamming company. Seriously I have never seen clothes like this in my life. UGLY. Nothing like the pictures at all not even close. Never Again

Shipping is slow, quality is terrible and customer service is non existent. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
