I have now contacted Paypal 4 times about this fraudulent company. As far as I am concerned Paypal are facilitating this company and they give NO BUYER PROTECTION whatsoever despite them trumpeting that all over their Paypal website and TV ads. I've now sent another complaint to Paypal.

I have now contacted Paypal numerous times and I have also contacted the U.K fraud department now to lodge a formal complaint about a company that you continue to support in allowing them to use a Paypal account. I have begrudgingly accepted the fact that you will not give me a refund but please help to stop others from being sold counterfeit goods from China. I was very wrong to assume that having a Paypal account on a website somehow made them a 'legitimate' company and that I would have assurances from Paypal of 'Buyer Protection', it appears I have NO buyer protection whatsoever along with the countless other people who have made transactions via Paypal. The company in question is Mollyca, (mollyca com) a company who use photographs from other companies websites and then sends out very low quality product that has no resemblance to the photographs. The company regularly changes their name too in order to carry on the scam when bad reviews start to appear on the internet for all to see. They are now going under the name Lalasgal with exactly the same photographs and exactly the same complaints. Please shut down their Paypal account. They are operating illegally and breach all the consumer rights we have in the U.K and all our trading standards laws we have. Paypal is assisting these companies in their illegal activity. I have contacted Paypal before about this matter and so have numerous other people now. What will Paypal be doing to investigate this urgent matter?? UPDATED*****
I have raised a dispute with Paypal and tried to escalate to a claim but because the process was difficult I was out of time and Paypal closed the case and ruled in Mollyca's favour!! Not happy at all so I have rung and emailed Paypal and have appealed the decision. I have also pointed them in the direction of Trustpilot and also told them the photos used on their website are from other websites. Mollyca is counterfeiting other peoples goods. Had I of known this at the time I would NEVER of ordered. I am also concerned that Mollyca is changing it's name regularly in order to scam other people and using stalling tactics to get away with it (taking forever to ship goods, taking forever to reply to emails, by which time they change the company to something else with the same old photos.) It's time to stop this company once and for all. PLEASE COMPLAIN TO PAYPAL. WE NEED TO SHUT THEM DOWN. It's a matter of principle and we need to do this so that they can't con others.

Of course I've had a similar experience with Mollyca but it appears that the internet/pinterest etc are awash with these type of unethical Chinese companies who all appear to use the same 'upmarket' style of photo and then send you a load of old, ill packaged, not fit for purpose, shoddy rubbish.

However, I'm in the U.K and although I have opened a thorough, ongoing dispute with Paypal regarding this matter I aim to get my money back even if it takes me until my dying day!!! It's become a principle thing now above anything else.

We have Consumer Protection Laws and Trading Standards in the U.K (and I am sure the U.S have similar) to protect us from companies like this wherever they are in the world. Paypal say in their terms and conditions and buyers protection that companies MAY NOT BREACH any laws in the country that the purchase has been made from. Mollyca ARE BREACHING U.K and E.U laws. False advertising (my boots weren't waterproof in any way shape or form, nothing like the photos and ill fitting.......for starters).

If there was negative Stars I would leave them buyer beware again this company is from China the pictures look great when you get the product it is so cheaply made. I got a pair of boots for $65 that probably are worth $9 if that the souls are paper thin the material is paper thin and of course I can't get any response now from customer service about a refundI don't know why Facebook allows this company to continue

If I could give this company 0 stars i would. The product they sent me was nothing like pictured! Horrible cheap quality and it seems that getting a refund is impossible. I hope this helps someone else out. Please DO NOT order from them!! You will waste your money!

I would not give them any stars if that was possible. I ordered back in September and still have yet to receive my entire order. I have contacted them several times, with no response. The item I am missing was almost $50. That's a lot of money to be out for something I never got. Paypal won't even resolve it for me. It took over a month to get what I did order, and now they won't refund me what I am missing. What I did get was cheap and not worth the money I paid. This place is a scam.

I'm VERY UNHAPPY with my purchase.. I spent too much money on some bshit shoes that I couldn't even wear for 2hrs, the thread started coming loose and not to add the quality of the shoes was nowhere near what they showed online...and it also took a very long time to come. I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN, THE WHOLE WEBSITE NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!! #BIGFACTS

Do not buy anything from this awful company, I also fell for the image on Pinterest of a nice pair of leather boots, after payment on PayPal I received a package, no box, just a stinky plastic pair of boots in a plastic bag, 57.99 dollars wasted.
Nothing like they looked online.
Sent them back via recorded delivery to the return address on the package because they ignored my e mails for the return address.
Raised a dispute & a claim through PayPal....
However it fell in the sellers favour, gutted. PayPal wouldn’t refund me because I’d not sent the boots back to the address that I never got sent???
Lesson learned, shall not be buying anything else online unless it has good reviews & an honest return policy.

It's taken over 6 weeks and I still haven't received all of my order. The boots I received looked nothing like the picture. I'm extremely dissatisfied!! I will never ever order from them again!!!!!!!

I bought 2 pairs of shoes, I received one of them today, and it took 8 weeks to get them. Once I completed the payment for purchase, I received no shipment information for a month. So disappointing and it's absolute junk to the point that I would not even consider donating them.
I noticed that all of the photos they took of the shoes and clothing was a scam by the photographer. The quality of the shoes are so poor and are like vinyl stuck on soles.
I gave up on making a return after reading other reviews about getting a refund. It seems like there is no solution.

Please don't waste your money!

Horrible experience!!! Charged for boots, that I never received, 3 months for refund 🤑 Dresses ordered look like Cinderella rags & tried for refund and they only want to give you a discount because it could get lost in the return & it’s very expensive to return...DON’T DO IT 🤮🤢😤😭

Same. Same. Same. I should have read reviews first before ordering. I saw these cute boots posted on Pinterest and impulsively bought two pairs of shoes from this Mollyca. Finally received them after 7 weeks of waiting and they are NOTHING like the picture on their web-site. I e-mailed them and told them off, but I'm done wasting anymore of my time. Doesn't sound like I will get a refund anyhow. Chalk it up to " lesson learned."

This is my third review. I've now received both pairs of boots. Cheap, cheap, cheap. Compared them to the photos on their website, and you can tell they are not the same. Never again. I won't even bother trying to return them since it seems like for some of you it's been terribly inconvenient. just cutting my losses. I think the same outfit has multiple names like: Chicmolly, JudeDress, Lalasgal, and several others. Lesson learned. Thanks to Trustpilot I'll be checking any online site before ordering.

This is bull... Cant get no help from noone... I orderd boots almost a month ago,and haven't heard a damn thing from them. Theres no way to contact nobody. never again... I'm Gonna make sure they get rid of this Boggus Company on Pinterest

I purchased boots in November 2018, that day they credited my credit card. My purchase arrived the day before Christmas.(They were to be a Xmas gift). The boots were not leather like they had advertised but some ugly plastic material. Immediately, I requested their return address so i could return this crap. Their response was to offer me a 20% coupon on my next order. Told them that I still wanted a refund, so send the address and will continue to email them daily for it. I have reported them to BBB. ALL I KNOW IS they come from China. I should have investigated this company better. Lesson learned. Tried to write a review on their site but they blocked it. Dont believe the reviews on their site either. Terrible company and should be ashamed of themselves.

I purchased a couple of pairs of shoes from this company. When they finally arrived the quality was HORRIBLE. I immediately reached out to get return info and they offered me a coupon on my next purchase to keep the shoes...like there would be a next purchase! I declined and they then offered me a 15% refund. I declined and this kept going until they offered me a 30% refund. Really? They offered me $18 when I spent over $60. I declined and again asked for return info. Long story short, they dragged this out until their 30 day return policy was up and then said they couldn’t help me. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!! Their product is crap and they are as untrustworthy as they come. Adding insult to injury, PayPal sided with the scam company. I no longer use PayPal either.

I purchased a pair of boots from Mollyca about a month ago. I then emailed them to cancel the order and request a refund a few hours after purchase having come across the negative reviews online. In total 4 emails (2 to the service email, 1 to PayPal email address and 1 contact form filled on their website) were sent but no reply. Instead I received an email from them saying my order had been shipped despite me requesting to have it cancelled. My gut told me to engage with PayPal ASAP since the money had already been debited from my account. PayPal immediately commenced the investigation. However they were investigating it as an order that hadn’t been received. Eventually after almost 3 wk I got an email from Mollyca confirming the boots had been shipped. I reminded them that I had made attempts to cancel the order prior to shipment but no one had responded. They knew damn well what they were doing to avoid giving me a full refund. To cut the long story short, the boots arrived, they are nothing like the advert (very poor quality / plastic like), and shipping was 3 times less expensive than what they had charged me (based on price tag on the packet). PayPal have closed the case and ruled against my favour. They’ve told me to deal with the company directly. Grrrr!! Bottom line, DO NOT BUY from these people. They should NOT be allowed to advertise on Pinterest and their PayPal account should be closed!

This is the worst scam ever and the customer service just gets worse... shoes are cheap and not as advertised. This is absolutely deceitful in every way. DON'T FALL FOR IT!! I can't believe they are still selling in the USA!

These people are the biggest rip off. Shame on you all! The boots purchased were for my 86 yr old mother. You obviously do not care. Can someone figure a way to get their adds removed from Pinterest before others get this same treatment? Attempting to have credit card company do a reversal of payment.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Mollyca in September. They arrived damaged. Each shoe was dented and the sizing was incorrect. I emailed them multiple times to request the return information. They did not answer me until the 30 days allowed under their return policy had past. They responded several times finally offering a 30% refund after I had to send photos twice. They sent me damaged shoes and will only offer 30% refund and want me to send the merchandise to China. It has not been 20 days since my last contact with them. Do not order from this company.

THE WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER.
ON NOVEMBER 24 I BOUGHT A PAIR OF BOOTS FOR $48.99 PLUS $11 FOR SHIPPING BUT WHEN THEY ARRIVE TO ME ON DECEMBER 15 THERE WERE SO CHEAP IN EVERY ASPECT. NOT THE COLOR, SHAPE, MATERIAL OF THE ONE THEY HAVE ON THE "STORE" PHOTO.
SO I PAY $59.99 FOR A PAIR OF BOOTS THAT LOOKS LIKE A $10 ONES.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE.
I WROTE TO AN EMAIL I FOUND ON MY PAYPAL RECEIPT REQUESTING A REFUND AND I WAS ANSWER. BUT THEY ONLY WANTED TO REFUND 15% AND TOLD ME TO STAY WITH THE BOOTS SO I GET SO MAD AND WROTE BACK REQUESTING A TOTAL REFUND I WAS ANSWERED AGAIN AND THIS SECOND TIME THEY TOLD ME THAT FOR A TOTAL REFUND I SHOULD SEND THE BOOTS BACK TO THEM AND THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING AND IF NOT THEY WILL REFUND ME FOR 25% THAT IT IS ONLY $15 OF THE TOTAL I PAY FOR. THAT AIN'T EVEN HALF OF THE TOTAL.
I ACCEPT IT BECAUSE I WASN'T GOING TO SPEND NOT EVEN ONE MORE PENNY ON THEM.
DON'T EVER BUY NOTHING FROM THERE.
IT IS A TOTAL LIE.
