A lovely lounger for afternoon by the pool. Will be taking this on vacation! Nice neutral color! It’s also perfect for a night out. Cool and comfortable! I will order from this company again for sure. Customer service was most helpful and patient! I needed help with size and they were a quick help! Going back to order more before all the dresses are gone! Thank you Ella!!

What you see in the photos vs what you receive are completely different in style and quality. They are also extremely hard to reach and the support email never works. Please stay away from this brand. You are throwing your money away.

I placed an order for over 6 dresses more than a month ago and I have only received 3 of them so far. The size is too small and I can't even get in touch with them to excuse or return the item. Poor customer service for the costly dresses.

This company is a scam. I placed two orders and it took weeks when they finally said the product was not in stock. I asked for a refund and it’s. Web two months now and they have not refunded my $300.

Do not purchase from them.

If I could give zero stars I would. First order for one dress with shipping was about 160.00. It took 4 weeks to be tracked as delivered and it never arrived. Second order placed has taken over 3 weeks and has yet to be processed. It will no longer arrive on time so I requested a refund. They advised to try choosing a product that would ship within 24 hours and to be patient. This company has terrible customer service and I am doubtful that I will see any refund. 300.00 lost and lesson learned. Run away from this company.

My order was received within 9 days. It is exactly as described, fits, and is a beautiful color besides. I am very happy.

Horrific!
After a month of placing my order, they notified me that my items will take about 3 months to be processed.
And, suggested I alter my choices to a few that will ship within 24 hours.
Almost 1 month, they advise me that my new order will arrive in two months.
Do not order from this site.

I had to return an item I received as a birthday gift that didn't fit past the 15-day return period. The customer service team were wonderful enough to accommodate my request and will be shipping me a different item of my choosing as an exchange, AND I still get to keep the gifted item. I'm truly pleased with their service.

I ordered a dress and when it arrived , sizing was inaccurate. These items are made in China and sizing is different than U.S. Not only sizing but item didn't look anything like photos. When trying to return item they offered me 20% back and i could keep item. I do not want item, was told I would have to pay to return item and any customs fees. This is insane. I should not have to pay to return an item. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Someone needs to police these companies who post photos, take your money for something that doesn't even look the same. Tired of getting ripped off.

WOULD LEAVE A ZERO IF I COULD! This company sent not the outfit I ordered. The pants had these ridiculous splits down the middle of both legs. It looked completely different than than the pictures. I reached out to their customer service and wanted my money back. They tried to give me any item of my choice. I declined because I no longer trusted their company. Wanted to return their awful clothes back and just get a refund. They want me to return with me paying the additional shipping from USA to China along with all these extra instructions. On their website it mentions hassel free returns if not satisfactory. Well the company lied. I am now in full dispute with them through my cc company. This company is a total SCAM...BUYER BEWARE!!!

The time and patience that the Modesees team showed me during a difficult exchange process was over and above what I expected. I had a sizing issue with one of the items that I ordered, and they patiently worked with me to get it resolved. Delivery was quick, I'm traveling in a few weeks and I'm happy to receive them in time. If you are thinking about shopping with them, don't wait to long to decide.

Because this company claims to have easy returns (all over their website), I placed an order February 2026. When I tried to return it, they offered me a 20% discount to “just keep it.” I elected not to do that because of their “easy return policy.” The return address I was given was Panyu Di Strict, Guangzhou 511442. It cost $250 to return this item from Atlanta. I’ve reached out to this company several times with no response. Companies like this are the reason people don’t trust & smaller family owned companies suffer.

Poor fit, tiny waist, thin material, not as pictured. No returns allowed. You can only exchange for another size within 24 hours. Ridiculous WASTE of money. AVOID. DO NOT BUY.

Avoid this company, it’s a scam. Their advertising is completely false. The clothing they send looks nothing like the pictures they use online. The quality is extremely poor, and the colors do not match what was advertised. Very disappointing experience.

I ordered a dress that suppose to be silk and linen. It is cotton and looks very cheap. Trying to return is terrible. I finally got an address for return to find out it would be $210 from Fedex. This company is a terrible fraud. Nancy

The return system is a joke and the company is a scam. We purchased 2 of the same outfits for fitting. Neither fit right so we requested a return, simple enough. Via Email, "customer service" insisted on an exchange and would not issue a return address. After 3 weeks of back and forth they finally provided a return address to CHINA and we were responsible for shipping OR we could have taken a %20 refund and kept the item. Along with the return address were a list of conditions that no doubt would have worked in the companies favor. This was a horrible transaction. BE WARNED!

I ordered a dress over a month ago for a special event. The event has since passed and I have not gotten a shipping notice. I sent an email asking them to cancel the order. They just write back and tell me to be patient! I have now asked for them to cancel 5 times and they respond back for me to wait and be patient. My last communication told them to ship at their own risk as I will dispute the charge and not pay for it.
I will NEVER consider dealing with this company again.

Over the past four months I have ordered 12 dresses or jumpsuits from Modesees, and have had consistently great experiences. The styling and (mostly linen) fabric is beautiful, the colors are true and stable, and the designs are so beautiful!
Their Customer Chat option is as good or better than a phone call! You send a question, and receive a response quickly - often within minutes. When I have received dresses that were too big, they quickly replaced them with the smaller size without requiring me to return the original. And most recently, when my order could not be shipped quickly enough to arrive on time as promised, they offered me a large choice of replacement outfits or a refund. When I asked for a refund, it was very quickly provided. I was so surprised and pleased. I have placed at least 8 separate orders, and have bought some of the most beautiful clothes I’ve owned in years from this lovely company over the past six months. I love their styles, their products have ALWAYS been made very well, and their customer service has been very good. I am a dedicated fan, and cannot wait every month to see their newest offerings!

When items don’t fit as anticipated, Customer Service is very accommodating to help make things right, which is greatly appreciated!
