Unbelievable. Forget the really poor fit and quality, the customer service is the worst. You cannot return anything without sending it to China. For real. They will offer you 50% refund of money if you want to ship anything back. If you want to buy anything just request a refund and you'll get half your money back. But, the clothes are just so bad that you shouldnt waste your time. It took approximately 15 emails to even get that refund. I just tossed everything in the garbage.

I have sent numerous emails to the customer service email address. I am requesting return/refund information in order to return my merchandise. My emails have gone COMPLETELY unanswered. It appears that they are INTENTIONALLY avoiding returns an refunds. My next plan is to report them through the appropriate channels. I have already informed my attorney. My order #MD115015

Your response has further insulted me. The only information youre giving me is your support service link which is the SAME email address I've been sending my request for return address.

This is absolutely the worst company! If you order something from this place and need to return it they will promise you a refund and never give. I paid for shipping back to China and everything and the people here still haven't refunded. I can not tell you urgently enough Do Not , Do Not Buy Anything From Them!!! You have been warned ⚠️

I love Modesses. Very well made with high-quality fabrics for a nice price. Their customer service went above and beyond when my first order did not fit. Will definitely be buying other pieces!

this is the worst place that you can choose to buy, please make sure you don’t spend your money on this trash sites, they stole my money and after so many emails they just ignored me and refuse to give a refund, lesson I’ve learned is look the reviews before to buy

Late and customer service is awful. And the five star reviews are fake! They are company generated.

Worst experience ever. Over $700 on multiple items. The two out of four I’ve received in 2 plus months of waiting were trash. Still waiting on 2 which they say were delivered. Don’t waste your money or your time. I work too hard for my money to get robbed on things that I saved up for for events that I couldn’t even wear them too. Months is crazy. I ordered these on May 1st and we are half way through July

Modesees clothes are made so beautifully and with fine quality fabric. Their designs are so unique- there were so many I loved it was hard to pick. I have already worn two and get so many compliments. Their customer service is wonderful too. Extremely pleased with their clothes.

I ordered several items from them and none of them looked like the items ordered. I wasn’t even sure what they were supposed to be when I got them. I tried to return them but their return info was just a bunch of jumbled letters and numbers. I’m beyond frustrated dealing with this company. Their stuff is very poor quality, full of forever chemicals (one of the items smelled so badly when I took it out of the package), and doesn’t look like what they advertise at all!!! Buyer beware. Shame on them for scamming people.

The experience was remarkable. I had a problem with a size of a dress that I just loved. The company apologized for the inconvenience and immediately offered to ship the correct size to my door. I am thrilled. It was quick and easy. Modesees was quick to respond and solved the problem generously.

I ordered an outfit back in March that cost $150.00. I still havent received it. I have emailed twice and still have no product which is stealing. I let them know I want to cancel my order and want my money back and they have not responded. Buyer beware! Then there response below is co tact us at the email below 🤣 yeah I did that twice and was ignored....

If I could give a -0 I would. This Company is a SCAM to the nth degree. The worst nightmare. Early May items arrived too small; asked for a refund but I would have to return the items at my own cost. What reputable company does that? On website you can ask for a refund but you will not get one. After back and forth they decided to ship me replacement items in a bigger size and I still have not gotten the items. Sent me an email 2 weeks ago with a tracking # and this week they told me due to delivery failure the logistics was lost and logistics company would redeliver. Still no word. Do not order from this Company; you will truly regret it. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I ordered. I am sooo upset.

Customer service is exemplary! The response to my exchange inquiry was quick. The representative helped ensure my future purchases will be sized correctly based on my measurements. I've never had a company do that for me.

I placed an order on June 8, 2026 # MD10866 and it cost me $92 dollars to have my grandson mail it to China from California. The order arrived super late for my grandson’s college graduation and their customer support has yet to respond. I have tracked the package and they have received it, but have not issued $643 CREDIT. If I receive the credit I will let you know. I have written four letters and no response as of today July6, 2026.
Very upsetting to have no communication with this company.

I order a dress according to their size chart. The dress was rio small. Once I informed them about the issue, they replaced it with a larger size with no problem.

Customer service, although may take a moment to answer, made the exchange/return process SUPER easy! Looking forward to trying the replacement dress I decided on that they are shipping FOR FREE! I will be back to shop here more!

The dress I received bears no relation to the dress you pictured and I ordered except for tie shoulders. I ordered red nubby cotton and a straight unfettered and unadorned column and the dress I received is pink cotton blend, gathered with “pearls” along the chest.

First item - shipping does take longer but the item was of the highest quality . Second item - too small but customer service reached out to correct the issue within days . Waiting on replacement item . But just allow time for shipping . Very high quality

High quality products and amazing customer service! My purchase needed to be exchanged for a different size and the exchange was effortless and quick. I would absolutely give a 5 star rating, except that one of my ordered items became unavailable- however they offered me replacement options at no additional charge. Will definitely order from them again in the future!
