This shop is a farce. They are not honest you can’t return anything unless you wanna pay hundreds of dollars.
I wouldn’t buy anything from there or any of these sites again without looking into it further which was my mistake.
To top it off the clothes look so much nicer in the pictures when they come it’s made of cheap material and not as you expect. What a joke all the way around.

I ordered two outfits, one arrived 3 months later. As of today, almost a year later the 2nd dress never arrived. My credit card company reached out to Modesses and they claimed the item was sent which is a lie. A lesson learned from ordering inferior merchandise on line from a company with no integrity or standards.

Terrible communication, terrible customer service, will not return, low quality clothes

I was hoping for a return or refund and I can't believe they told me not to return the original and sent me another item that will hopefully fit better! Outstanding service. I hate returning things it a long drive for me and this is excellent. Leaving on my vacation soon hope this dress fits and Im sure it will my other dress I ordered fits great! Great products! The absolute worst company I’ve experienced in my life cost a lot of money to send return which a month later was returned back to me

The dress that I got does not really fit me, but the customer service is outstanding. Very fast and helpful.

Cute, comfortable, and stylish! The material is soft and feels great. It's perfect for everyday wear and can easily be dressed up for an evening out.

I decided to up-level my appearance and wardrobe this year. Just because I no longer have to go into the office why not wear the beautiful clothes that I own and add some new attire?. Modesees designs were exactly the perfect answer. I now Have jumpsuits, sets, and dresses that are elegant, well-made, hip but not trendy, and a more sophisticated look that reflects my new mood.
The clothing fits perfectly — true to size, the quality is B++, the fabric is high-quality— a nice weight and fully lined, the customer service is excellent. They got back to me quickly and answered questions and resolved any issues I had . overall, I recommend this if you want to upscale your apparel for more of the sophisticated, fun, sexy look..

Please don’t order from this company. I should’ve read the reviews!! My husband ordered a dress for me as a birthday present. Unfortunately the dress did not meet expectations, so we requested a refund, after only 1 day of receipt. You can only email them to request a refund as they don’t have an actual refund policy. The short is they responded to my email by offering a “50% refund as a show of good will.” They said just keep the dress. NO. I want 100% of my money and they can have the dress back. I have not received a response on my full refund.

Absolutely loving the contrast color dress from Modesees! The neckline and A-line shape suit me perfectly. 10/10.

Purchased a beautiful yellow dress. Honestly, I have read the reviews for this company and was very wary but thought I'd give them a try. Was happily satisfied with the service and quality of the dress. It was well made, I got a L instead of M because I read the reviews that they needed a bigger size but I could have purchased the M. It has a sash, so I can pull it in. The material is light and flows. More than happy 😊

The customer Service for Modesees was unsurpassed. They worked with me, even when it was my mistake and worked things out, I think, to everyone’s satisfaction. They were prompt to respond and very gracious in solving my issue. I will shop with them from now on. The quality of the clothes is beautiful and I would definitely recommend taking your measurements (which I did not) to fit within their size chart. Excellent company and Customer Service

If I could rate less than 1 I would. Fabric and style was beautiful. fit - was for someone unhuman. Return policy? Non-existent. Website accuracy? Non-existent. As of this writing their website shows my product is "on the way" yet I am told I can't return it because it is past the delivery date. Scam. Don't do it. Ads are beautiful. Customer service and company are ugly

Don’t recommend purchasing ANYTHING from this site. Order outfit end of June and STILL have not received! Email their customer service as in trucked nothing but the run around. Please do not order from them!

Absolutely love Modesees! Ordered a dress a few weeks ago and the fabric is very soft and survived the washing without any signs of fading whatsoever. Will definitely be buying more from there!

Absolutely love the fit of this dress, love the deep pockets, but I definitely feel like the material is linen and not 100% cotton. It does wrinkle easily. Also size up one size for the best fit.

Ridiculous, frustrating return process. I followed exact instructions to request a full refund. They took a long time to respond. Then instead of providing the return address and instructions, they tried to persuade me to exchange or keep the item in exchange for just 20% of what I paid.

I declined, clearly stated I wanted to return the item for a full refund. Had to send two add'l emails before finally receiving a response. They eventually provided a lengthy return address in China, but no prepaid return label or other assistance with the return.

The entire process felt like an unnecessary runaround designed to discourage me from returning the item. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I purchase a two-piece pant set. pants and top were too big; I reach out on a chat to the company and in less than 15 minutes I got a response from Mia. she will ship me a smaller size free of charge & I can keep the small and give it to someone else. this company is great I purchase from them great item & customer service is awesome.
