Modern Reform Omdömen

My Massage Program is a great addition to this massage chair. It allows to save our favorite massage techniques and settings, access them whenever we want. It's convenient and ensures me enjoy a personalized massage experience. Another interesting feature is the Chromotherapy Lights. These lights emit soothing colors that helps create a calming ambiance during our massage session. It adds a unique touch to the experience and enhances relaxation. I am very much happy with the purchase!

I was delighted to see our sauna cabin. It's so good and comfortable. Thanks for sending it soon and I am happy that they handled with care. It got delivered without any damage!

Beyond the superb performance and functionality of this chair, the design and build quality are top-notch. The sleek and modern aesthetics make it a stylish addition to any room, and the construction feels robust and durable. The chair is also surprisingly quiet during operation, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the massage experience without any distracting noises.

I am thoroughly impressed with this one. Its commitment to safety, exceptional performance, and attention to detail make it a standout choice in the market. If you're looking for a top-notch sauna that prioritizes your health, relaxation, and overall well-being, look no further than the Avila Low EMF FAR Infrared Sauna.

They ignore my request to replace my machine or fix it because it’s making horrible noise, even though it’s under warranty.

The customer service provided by the company is exceptional. From the moment I ordered the chair, the team was prompt and attentive, ensuring that my purchasing experience was smooth. It has exceeded my expectations and has become an integral part of my wellness routine.

I recently purchased the Infinity Dynasty 4D Massage Chair and I am thrilled with my purchase. This chair has exceeded all my expectations and has truly enhanced my relaxation and wellness routine. The 4D technology provides a personalized massage experience, allowing me to easily adjust the intensity and speed of the massage to suit my preferences. I love how it can mimic the hands of a professional masseuse, delivering a deep and soothing massage that targets my specific areas of tension and soreness. The chair is also incredibly comfortable, with its plush cushioning and ergonomic design. I can easily recline to find the perfect position for an optimal massage experience. The variety of massage programs and techniques offered by this chair is impressive. Whether I want a deep tissue massage, a gentle kneading, or a combination of different techniques, the Infinity Dynasty 4D Massage Chair has it all. Not only does this chair provide physical relaxation, but it also helps me unwind mentally. The soothing heat therapy and built-in music system create a tranquil atmosphere that helps me escape the stresses of daily life. Overall, I highly recommend the Infinity Dynasty 4D Massage Chair to anyone in need of a luxurious and rejuvenating massage experience in the comfort of their own home.

I got the Unique Uruguayan Amethyst Geode that I ordered last week. It added a glow to my crystal collection.

Speaking of the crystals, they are truly magnificent. The deep purple color of the amethyst is rich and vibrant, and the crystal formations are absolutely mesmerizing. Each crystal point sparkling in the light adds to the overall beauty of the geode.

Thank You Modern Reform!

OMG!! Finally I got my Reformer... its is absolutely BEAUTIFUL... took almost 4 weeks to get it but it was so worth it.......Customer service was great!! they always answered my questions and my emails... Reformer didn't come with Instructions of how to assemble it but we figure it out!!!!!!!!!!! -Thank you so much!!!!!

I have not been able to reach customer service in 2 weeks to install my new equipment. No one calls back. Kind of disappointing because the equipment is expensive. I’ll reconsider my review once it gets out of the box if I ever reach an employee.

Their email and call support is very helpful. We're reselling their products since 2018 and we are very pleased with their service.

Very good seller! Never had issue with them.

Fast response and delivery. The product is solid!

I bought Pilates Pro Chair Max purple that matches my interior color. It looks so good and also it's great to do chair workouts.

I just received it and it looks all good. Thanks for sending quick and safe. I will update the review after one week use. Thanks!

We are very pleased with the service from Pilates Connector. As they said, the order delivered within a week without any hassle. Previously we used some local service but despite being online marketplace they are very genuine and communication was too good.

Pilates Connector is a trusted brand now. I have several orders with them, all coming in on time. I got nothing to worry about as they are able to track the item and update me through email. Hope this feedback will bring you more business and that's the reason why I am spending some time writing this. Gratitude!

I have tried twice to leave an honest review directly on their site for the reformer I purchased and apparently if it’s not a glowing 4-5 star review they delete or block them from being posted. Which is probably why there are no reviews for the reformer I have because they would probably all be negative.

My review is neutral because I have not yet received the item that I purchased. The order process was fairly simple but I don’t have enough information to speak on care during shipping or product quality.

Very well made product, easy to put together.
