What an absolute gentleman. 10/10 would highly recommend.

My experience with Modern Mobility was very positive. The levels of professionalism, support and expertise were exceptional. The straight stairlift, has made a huge difference to my mother's everyday life. I strongly recommend this company to anybody wishing to install a stairlift in their houses!

Couldn't be happier with the service, equipment and installation. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and they went above and beyond, answering questions outside of office hours and even installed in the evening due to the incoming storm. I can't recommend them highly enough

I would just like to say how fantastic the support we got on the phone there to fix a stairlift, Ricky answered the phone and stayed on for 45 minutes and even went on FaceTime to fix the stairlift it was the best customer service I have ever witnessed and everyone with a problem should ring this company, Ricky was absolutely fantastic and have never seen so much support and help. Quick and efficient. Easy to deal with. They are flexible and helpful and friendly. They offer cheaper alternatives and they did exactly what they said they would. Very happy with the service. Would recommend them.

My wife could no longer make it up the stairs! So rang Modern Mobility sent photos of stairs got a price quoted agreed a date they arrived and job done!!

If I could give Ricky 10 stars I would. He was a gentleman to deal in every interaction I had with him. He was professional, knowledgable, caring really went above and beyond for the customer. Nothing was too much trouble. I really can't recommend Ricky and team highly enough.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking to install a stairlift. Ricky and Niamh are always at the end of the phone, are highly professional and gave us a terrific quote. Mostly, the speed with which they can install a stairlift is amazing - and very important when you're trying to organise support for a family member. Ricky was really helpful and stayed on late to demonstrate the stairlift and make sure we knew all the features. Fantastic service. We're delighted and know we can contact Niamh if we need any further support. Huge thanks Ricky & Niamh.

From the moment I spoke to niamh in the office I knew we were in good hands. We needed a stair lift fitted ASAP. Niamh recommended a reconditioned one to match our budget. As it was a Thursday of a bank holl week end it was still fitted super fast as we are in wexford I thought it would take longer. The fitting was super fast and no mess. Everything went very smoothly from order to fitting. I would highly recommend this company if you or a member of your family need a stair lift.

I would like to thank Niamh and Ricki for all there help. No matter when I call, with whatever problem I have they go out of their way to solve it as quickly as possible. I would recommend modern mobility any day

I highly recommend Modern Mobility as an excellent company to deal with. I needed a stair lift repaired and Niamh in the office worked with me to schedule an appointment. When Ricki arrived to do the repair he went to great efforts to ensure everything was working properly, and that the lift that had been installed by someone else was positioned correctly. As well as taking pride in their work and being reliable, they are very pleasant people to deal with, which is important when you are inviting someone into your home.

Thank you to Ricki who repaired my wife’s mobility scooter and was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend. He was friendly, efficient and did a great job.
