Really love the colour of the tyre pen…
Really love the colour of the tyre pen that I purchased. Would have put 5* but the pen paint was very thin and poured out at times making an incredible mess on my tyres.

Thanks for the feedback! We're glad you loved the colour 🎨 but sorry to hear about the mess. We'll definitely pass this on to help improve the pen's design. Appreciate your honesty! 🙏 -- MA Team
Absolutely unacceptable customer…
Absolutely unacceptable customer service offered $15 refund on a $55 item. Alternatively, a $30 credit which of course wasn't wanted once I saw the quality of their product. Don't bother with these guys and learn your lesson... stick to a reputable company

Outstanding customer service
Staff were exceptional about a minor problem and kept me updated at all times in rectifying the issue. Grand daughter loved Stitch and would not hesitate in dealing with this company. Customer Service was outstanding.

Ruined Mothers Day
Boxing kit ordered as mothers day gift - quality is absolutely terrible - feels like it would break on first punch. Contacted customer service for a refund and only offered a credit for a future order saying that it isn't refundable even though there is a massive 30 day money back guarantee on the item.
Don't buy from here - it is a scam!

Dear Dan,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m truly sorry to hear that the boxing kit didn’t meet expectations. This is not typical of the quality or service we aim to provide, and I completely understand how disappointing this must have been especially when it was intended as a Mother’s Day gift. We want to make this right for you. Please be assured that our Resolution Team has been made aware of your case and will contact you directly to discuss your concern and work towards a suitable resolution.

Just another illegal merchant in breach…
Just another illegal merchant in breach of Australian consumer law. They don't actually honour their 30-day guarantee and just waste your time. If you read their refund policy, it doesn't actually offer any promises.
Sure, you'll probably get your item but you have absolutely no guarantees around quality or compliance with Australian safety regulations.

I purchased a game machine and within a week and a half it was on my doorstep. The product description was spot in matching exactly what I was hoping for. The game console itself has all the classics I grew up with and very easy to play and run (including setting up extra credits on games). Absolutely great value for money.
