E500ev pre order
Pre ordered two e500ev end of february , no sign of the models or notice if they were cancelled , cant log into my account either and i paid for both in full

Hi Andrew, your order for the two buses is a Pre-Order meaning that the items have yet to be released by the manufacturer.
We have them on order with the supplier and your order status was updated and you were notified a few days after you placed your order. Unfortunately some models and brands can take quite a while to be released.
If you are having difficulties getting into your account, you are welcome to contact us and we are more than happy to help but we have had no communication from you.
