They made me a custom bend EPS harness. Resolving a very difficult problem for me. The customer service was excellent and there was 0 language barrier. I highly recommend this company.

They are one of the few companies offering EPS harness alteration. I didn't realize they made everything in house. I asked if they could make one of their EPS offering in a GPU style harness offering with custom length. No problem, checkout was simple, no pop ups

Just talk to them if you have an issue and they will work with you to resolve it.

Silicon cables had no defects and were delivered within 10 days. The customer service is top notch they respond back to emails same.day. doesn't sound important but not having to wait 24-72 hrs for someone to answer a simple question is great.

I was unsure of which custom cable to order. Carrie verified I bought the wrong one, refunded the order and sent me the link to the correct cable! She was very helpful! I definitely recommend doing business with this company

I placed an order by ordering 3 sleeved cables, having an SFF case I thought it was better to get them in silicone as they should flex better, I wrote an email to support, they kindly sent me the silicone version, fabulous assistance.

it was so cheap and nice quality i would buy from them again i would 110% recommend buying from them

CUSTOMER SERIVCE IS KING. Ended up cancelling an order after asking a few questions, wasn't sure if it was the correct item I needed as I was mixing it with another custom item. Decided to cancel and reached out, the chat came back within a minute(insane) and were not only helpful as far as compatibility but were able to refund me almost instantly. Considering refunding all my other custom buys and buying everything here instead, customer service is INSANE and I will be returning because of it.

Customer service accommodated a change in my order for a specialty cable. They were quick, friendly, and they sent me logs of all the customer service chats for my records. I am interested to see the quality of the product and their shipping times, but their customer service is top-notch

Moddiy tried to slap on a hidden fee when cancelling my order. On top of that, it was troublesome to communicate with the customer service. While chatting it felt like they were stalling. For example, when I asked for clarifications on how to proceed with a refund, the chat was abandoned on their end in the middle of it

I don't say this often, but the customer service, expertise, and over all experience with modDIY have been absolutely amazing. There's no doubt that I will, without question, use them in the future for any and all cable needs that I have. If you have not already, I would highly recommend using them for yours as well

I have been curious about PTM7958 SP for a good while now and had a decent chat with a team member who happily chatted about their own experiences with the product. It was inciteful and great to have a few looming questions answered before I ordered the product. Great service and communication.

Great quality cables and exceptional customer support. Received the wrong item, however the support was great enough to send me new one free of charge, and allowed me to keep the wrong item.
