First of all the delivery was 2 weeks…
First of all the delivery was 2 weeks late. I know it was free shipping but again (which is 2-3 weeks). Mine arrived after almost 5, and I had to go an pick it up in the post. Had to pay a fee to pick it up as well. And to add to all of that the cable was not as described, and CS rep Carrie was giving me a hard time by explaining that it is not their fault and the cables are standard when the cable on images clearly looks black and what I received is black and yellow (which doesn't fit my build).
Had to involve PayPal for a partial refund since they did not want to cooperate.

Great Customer Service
Great customer service; switched from AI to a person when requested and the representative, Carrie, went through all of my questions and gave me various options for each. They didn't push me towards things that were higher cost, which is a *huge* plus, because, while there are certainly machines being modded without a budget, much of the modding community is just trying to make the best out of what they have. Also, some of the products they have are quite novel solutions, such as a 180 degree U turn for your CPU power.

Easy to order
Easy to order - high quality product that you cannot get elsewhere. I have a Lian-Li Dan A4-H2O and I needed a very short 3x8pin to 12v-2x6 cable for my GPU. The make it for your GPU and PSU special. Just an awesome product. Soft silicone wire is great for tight spaces too.

Dosen't deliver as promised
I ordered custom cables and choose shipping method that should arrive between 6-12 days. Today is the 14th day and I have yet not received my order. They can not keep up with their promise and blames it on Chinese new year. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE buying from MODDIY.

Great conversation with them. I sent them photos of my setup and were able to identify exactly what I needed. Removed a lot of stress I had about getting the wiring wrong on my new GPU

Can't believe someone said "FAST"...
I ordered a GPU power cable from MODDIY on Feb. 5th. Their website did inform that any custom item would not ship until after the Chinese New Year--but the item I ordered did say IN STOCK. On Feb. 25th I emailed them, where is my order? and they replied about it saying any orders not in stock during the CNY would not be actioned until after CNY --Feb 6th to 26th!! yet later that day I got an email telling me my item had SHIPPED. Okay--now today--March 7th!! I checked their website and it says my order is being PREPARED!!
The real kicker is that when I ordered the item I include a note telling them I need this item and asking politely that they send it at the earliest...
NEVER AGAIN!
