Works well but sometimes gets stuck when using carrots and spout gets clogged up when juicing celery. Not overly happy with the purchase.

We received a replacement juicer a few days ago and even unpacking it was a joy!
We are a family of 5 and use our juicer at least 3 times/week.
My hubby and I do the medical medium celery juice 9 day cleanse a few times a year and have no problems juicing 4 bunches of celery/day. In fact I watched a video of MM’s recommended celery juicer to compare performance. The MOD juicers clearly outclass it!

I had high hopes for this cold press juicer, and I'm happy to say I wasn't disappointed. It was quiet, and oh so thorough. Hardly anything left for the compost and very dry. I've never had a juicer that's managed to get so much out of the veggies. I'm really impressed, but of course it's early days so we'll see how it wears. The assembly was intricate to start, but I can say a week in that it's easy to remember what goes where, and super easy to clean. If you only use yours every few weeks, keep the handbook near to refresh your memory. And speaking of handbooks, how refreshing to have a quality printed book to use, rather than something I have to search out online. I appreciated the little bag of extra components that came with it as well. Thoughtful!

Mod is amazing quality and so compact and quite. It really takes all the juice out of all fruit and veggies. Any tips for carrot? As this seems to get stuck

The overall look of the machine is lovely however I am not happy with its performance. You need to cut fruit/veggies into small pieces and the juicing process is very slow as you can only put very small amounts in otherwise its clogs and stops. I was juicing a whole celery and doing it slowly and had to pull apart twice to unclog it.

The whole experience of ordering and receiving the juicer was very positive. I had questions which were answered promptly on messenger and the juicer was sent to me straight away. It was all that I expected and more. There are lots of videos online that answer any question about its setup, use, cleaning or to find recipes. It makes a high-quality juice in a reasonable time considering it is cold pressing. It does tend to put a lot of fibre into the juice that would need to be strained if you want a pulp free juice. I tend to put mine in my blender to make it finer sense I don’t want to take the time to strain it. Very happy thus far.
Might be worth adding that I have been juicing with a variety of different types of juicers over the last 30 years so I have lots of experience with them.

Generally happy with the juicer but it has stalled already twice when juicing carrots (despite having gut them in pieces) for example and it was very messy to have to take it apart and clean mid juicing.
The whole juicing experience including cleaning does take time so be prepared an additional 15-20 min to your morning routine.
*A lovely customer care team member got in touch and troubleshooted the stalling problem- it was an easy fix and I appreciated the prompt help.

The Mod juicer is just beautiful, it looks great in my new kitchen and it works like a dream. It took me a couple of tries to remember how to clean and reassemble but I've got it now. The kids love it too. It's going to boost the health of our whole family. Wonderful experience with Mod Appliances from ordering to delivery and support online. Thank you

rang up due to a cracked top of our mod juicer. i had tried to buy one off the website but they were not listed. i was advised this was not a common issue but when checking the juicer was 3 years old and MOD said they would replace under warranty. part tyrned up toaday

My favourite juice so far is carrot, ginger and lemon. Serve chilled and add ice cubes. Very refreshing and good for you!

great machine easy to clean , I think thats the best thing ,easy to clean and use , carrots need cutting or it will jam up ,,but thats easy to do
