Their website says despatch next business day. 4 days late and a follow up email it will be despatched tomorrow.

Rubbish!

Wrote a not very positive review the other day but thankfully Mod Appliannce contacted me and explained how to clean my machine with ease. They also sent me a video on this.
Now very happy with my purchase as the juice is beautiful that it makes. Many thanks Mod Appliance for your prompt response.

I had previously given a terrible review for this appliance but after I contacted MOD, a lady rang me up and spoke to me about my concerns. I had closed the lid on the bowl and that was causing it not to lock in. I can use the juicer now but do find it a bit hard to get the auger press out. I was told what to do so I’ll give it a go tomorrow. Other than that the juicer is easy to clean and it’s good to have the option of straining the juice if you like it strained.

Update - After writing this review and giving one star, I’m happy to report that Mod contacted me via video and are working on finding a solution to which I’m most grateful for. They think it could be a fault with the fittings and are organising replacement.

I’m finding it very difficult to assemble and dismantle the juicer. Is it meant to be difficult as I’ve hardly used mine and had to get a strong neighbour to take it apart and put together. They suggested I contact mod as it shouldn’t be this challenging. I love the look and idea of it and was so looking forward to healthy juicing but it is so hard to take apart and put back together. I give up. Please can some one help or advise. I have aligned everything as outlined with the dots etc but it doesn’t sit right.

Went to pick up the delivery of my 2 MOD juicers from Aus Post.
Paid $1298.
Picked up large box + small box taped to it. Got home and opened the boxes, only 1 juicer and 1 glass bottle in small box. … I expected to pick up 2 juicers with 2 glass bottles with each juicer.

Also at Aus Post, the staff member is berating me because the smaller box should not be taped to the larger one.

I’ve sent a message to Mod as no answer on the phone. I await a response from the Australian owed and managed company.

After mastering how to assemble and dissemble the juicer by aligning the dots etc, there is now a new problem. The juicer won't turn on, despite restarting the assembly process many times. So we are left with an expensive juicer that is just an ornament and no juice.

I upgraded to plus auto model. Very difficult to fault juicer. Cleans easy once you get hang of pulling out the parts. Howbeit, this model struggles with fibrous oranges or celery. It get stringy and wraps about the juicer, difficult to clean. However, the juicer performs really well. Delicious and tasty. It passes the ginger test. If it can juice ginger, its goal has been achieved.

I absolutely love my MOD Cold Press Juicer! It’s super easy to use and clean, which makes it perfect for daily juicing. The juice quality is amazing - really fresh and smooth. I’ve been experimenting with different fruits and veggies, and everythings been delicious so far. Plus, it’s surprisingly quiet, which is great for early mornings. We got the icy pole moulds also, my kids are obsessed with the popsicles we’ve been making. Highly recommended!

Pulp clogged the strainer first time use. Very disappointed. Can I get a refund ASAP

Pretty disapointed. Most of the reviews I read seemed to think it was easy to clean? Not so much. There are 7 seperate components to clean and one of these is a wire mesh basket that is not easy to clean at all.
The juicer did in-fact juice but with a lot of pulp, the strainer basket provided got clogged and over flowed.
At the end of making a juice there was a lot of produce still unjuiced in the machine.
If I had known via reviews just how hard it was to clean and wastes food I would not have brought it.

my husband is into juicing and has been juicer shopping for a long time. MOD juicer has been easy to use, clean and separates pulp etc from the fruit with ease.

After a week or so getting used to how to use the Mod Cold Press including getting jammed, and the time it toke to clean, I finally got the hang of it, and now I am very happy with its performance and how quickly I can make great juice, and clean up!

My juicer arrived promptly and I love it! it juices well and is very quick to assemble and easy to clean. Great product!

Great juicer, pulp comes out dry and clean up is easy

During my 30 day cash back guarantee I called customer service advising the macine was stained with carrot and he advised to use vinegar and bicarb to get it off. It hasn't come off. I wanted to swap for a black one as it should not stain. It is a juicer. Photos had been sent. I haven't heard back. For a product that you pay so much for should be able to swap if it's not doing what it suppose to.
