Obsessed
The juicer arrived quickly and is easy to use and clean. I am making juice a couple of times a week and storing it in the fridge instead of buying it. The customer service is excellent. I do wish there were more recipes sent with the juicer or included in the instruction booklet.

Cold press juicer- should have bought this years ago
Came super quick in awesome packaging, great product / was worried after using it the first time as trying to figure out how to put it back together again, but once you have done it a few times its easy. easy to clean , a little noisy juicing certain veg but there is deffo no waste - I get heaps more juice out of cold press compared to my old cheap one- wish I had bought one sooner

Customer service was great.
The juicer was good. However, I was not happy with small parts, and I found it difficult to operate. So, I returned the juicer.
When I advised the company, they were quick to respond and provided all the instructions to operate with video or how to return if I wanted to.
Once they received the item I was advised and refunded me all the money minus the postage.

liked the way it was packed
liked the way it was packed, very easy to use.
Don't like the piece of plastic that is at the bottom of the feed shoot, things get stuck on it and you have to use considerable force to clear it.
