Scam company makes out it is UK company when it is Chinese waited 7 weeks still no delivery, made claim on Credit Card DO NOT USR

Poor quality products. No returns unless you want to pay to send back to China.
Duping people into believing they are London based…shouldn’t be allowed to trade in our country

As EVERYONE else on here has said...they are NOT from London ties are China based. Foolishly didn't check them out and ordered 2 coats. Cost £30 to return. I probably won't get a refund but i'm going to get the message out about this company everywhere

As rest of reviews this company is awful and a complete con. Feel stupid for not checking them out !

Ordered a dress 26th January. Still waiting. Still “in transit”. Standard replies from “customer service” saying be patient and rest assured it will be delivered with no issues. Well there is an issue as I ordered for an event. Ridiculous and a con. Don’t bother.

I ordered a pair of trainers on the 24/01/25. I am still waiting for them to be delivered. Tracking says they are still waiting to be shipped. I have emailed them several times but just keep getting the same email back saying that they are sorry and to be patient. I asked for a tracking number and when they will be delivered they keep avoiding the question. So now I have said I want them cancelled and a refund and have no reply. I urge people not to use this website as I am sure it’s a scam.😡🥴🥴

I ordered a pair of boots for £39.99. They were terrible quality so I asked to return them. I was offered a discount to keep them (and they suggested I sell them to a friend!!). I had to pay to return them to China c£15. I didnt hear anything so chased them. They asked me to share return tracking details as they can't find my return. I chased them again and they asked me to confirm the address I returned them too. 4mths down the line I have still not received a refund and have now spent £55 on this terrible company.

Awful, don't waste your time. Changed my mind on an order and emailed them within the hour to cancel. Took them 3 days to bother replying when they told me I didn't cancel within 12 hours so they couldn't cancel. Asked them to cancel again, no response until days later when the warehouse had shipped the order. Then I got a reply to say they couldn't cancel the order because they'd shipped it.

Please do not order from. this company. I ordered a size 40 boot in December and they sent me a size 42. Even though this was an error by them and after many emails the best offer they will do is refund me 30% of the purchase price and lucky me (not) gets to keep something that doesn't fit. I would never purchase anything from them again.

Gutted that I didn’t check them out first. First of all don’t get this company mixed up with the quality cufflink design and sales business called Moda London (rather than moda-london). Bought boots that were shoddy quality, certainly not as depicted online in style or colour. My size didn’t fit - not that I would have worn them. I would not have paid £5 let alone the £30+ that I did pay, which they said was half price! And of course you have to return to China at your own expense. Do yourselves a favour and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Amazing quality, perfect fit.customer service is more than expected. So glad i did not read reviews until after i ordered Will definitely be using this company again. 5 stars all the way.

Absolutely disgusting quality, nothing like the pictures, complete scam. Dreadful company never ever use this company.

I could not contact them to alter my sizing on a pair of boots, i thought i had emailed them to correct the order more or less straight away but when they arrived they were the wrong size, then I thought I’ll send them back for an exchange but you have to pay to send back. Last time I’m ordering from any online company.

Honestly do not buy from this company. It is a joke. Products come from China and if you aren’t happy with them, you have to return them back there as there is no returns base in the UK. It can cost £35 to send back! They don’t respond to emails when you have an issue as to avoid giving you your full amount of money back. Please stay away from them! I wish I read all of these reviews before I bought from them.

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star , absolute JOKE not only did they deliver Chinese rubbish we sent it back which cost £17 and guess what….. they didn’t recieve it! Robbed us blind! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!! Avoid

What an absolute load of rubbish they sent. The picture shows beautiful dresses made with beautiful material but when you get it oh my word the stitching is like the stitching I did as a 10 year old and I failed my exams.. the material is disgusting. Sizing are completely wrong. Misleading ‘Moda London’ when it is based in china and delivery times is not as they say - much longer. Trying to return the items you get a ‘quota full ‘ when you ask for their return form to get the address to enable you to send the rubbish back. So you don’t actually have a return address to even send it back to. Don’t buy from this company they are appalling

I wish I had never ordered from them, you can't get InTouch with them, all I want to do is return two items, the sizing is rubbish and not the same as English sizes they are a lot smaller. The website just goes round in circles not allowing your Emails to go. They have just taken £64 from me.

I only wish I had read the reviews before I purchased what i thought were a decent pair of trainers for a modest price from a UK based business. When they arrived they smelt of glue and were of a very poor quality. There was a lack of labelling within the trainer i.e. sizing/materials etc which instantly got me suspicious. Despite the poor quality I tried them on to discover the trainers were wrongly sized (no sizing was actually on the trainer anywhere). When I made enquiries to return the product I then found out that all returns are directly to China at the customers expense. This is anything from £18-28 from the UK, half the value of the trainers. This company should not be allowed to trade in the UK. I feel ashamed to have fallen for this scam. I will take it up with my credit card company to see if they can reclaim my money,
