Shipping and customer service wasn’t too bad, but I was upset to see the other day that the heart shaped ring holder is already tarnished and I’ve only had it for a month. Very disappointing.
Good service when I ordered wrong size. However, clasp on wallet part wasn’t long enough to clasp and close the wallet. Looked a bit cheaper than I was expecting. Won’t be using unfortunately.

Not what I expected
Overall customer service experience was good, now the case itself is another story, unfortunately it did not fit well, the design does not meet the expectations for the device. I would have liked to keep the case but seems like the quality of the item is poor. Maybe quality control should be improved.
