I just wanted to come on here to say don’t order from a company that spells it Moda-London with a dash !! I ordered boots they haven’t arrived yet I’m dreading what they’re going to be like. When you try to track them they try to charge you £1 from your payment details I didn’t continue with tracking but wondered once you gave that £1 they would take more ??!! When you look at the tracking number it shows they are coming from China !!!

Wish I had read these reviews first.

Ordered a gorgeous jumper from Moda-London. Lovely thick knit wool with a rolled over thick knit collar and a gorgeous grey colour. Received a cheap quality brown knit jumper with a completely different collar. It’s a sale item they’ don’t accept returns’. Clicked the link to return and upload photos but the link only connected to the shopping page. Have emailed them. Awaiting response. Essentially I’m expecting that I’ve been scammed.will update after their response.

£40 for a teddy bear coat that was reduced from £80.
Material is so thin, couldn't even class it has a cardigan let alone a coat. Looks more like a cheap nightgown to be truthful.
Better quality from shein to be honest.
Toke weeks to get here.

How on earth this company get away with it. The dress was appalling. I didn't realise (as another review on here said) that the company was not in UK. The dress was a panic buy and how I regret it. It bears no resemblance to the advertised product.
They had the nerve to offer me 20 per cent refund to save me the trouble of returning it to China. Or I can pass it on as a gift to someone......I wouldn't give it to my enemies. Its going in the bin
DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered 3 pairs of boots all were not marked a size.Its clear that they are sized wrong as 2 pairs are very small supposed to be size 4 & 5 and both are smaller than the supposedly size 4 company will not send return I instructions that I have emailed and requested several times. These boots are no good to me as they are 2 small don't buy from this company.

A scam website to steal people’s money from China, I hope they get their karma for scamming people off! Taking our hard earned money. DO NOT USE!!

Ordered a coat weeks and weeks ago. Nothing has arrived. Have sent numerous emails and have had no response. Paid by credit card so will pursue with them as a disputed payment.

Agree with all previous comments. Wish I’d seen before buying. It’s just rubbish and most peculiar material. Why can’t these websites be sanctioned effectively?

Shoddily made, look cheap and nothing like the picture.
Cream fur lining was hair.
Tried to return, pressing the link and surprise surprise it doesn't work.
Price reduction makes them look like a bargain but wouldn't even pay half of reduced price if I saw them.

Honestly such a bad company. Id have thought "Moda london" would mean the clothing is in the UK. Nope it comes from China. Arrives late. No proper packaging or returns slip. Will not use again. Not even a label to show the item is unused. Crap material. Avoid

I cannot believe what I have received today, it's not even functional! It looks absolutely nothing like advertised, it's an absolute horrific piece of unwearable crap...I thought the name Moda London was stupidly a British brand...god how naive am I ...PLEASE DONT ORDER A THING ! ITS A Piece OF HORRID MATERIAL THAT RESEMBLES NOTHING WEARABLE!

Absolute scam waste of time. Shoes too small, no shoe laces, very poor quality the boots are falling apart. Advertised foam memory, not at all foam memory. Returns to China with no hope of getting my money back. Sick of being ripped off.

It's a big con - do not buy - they charge 4 x more than Shein and other companies. They don't respond to emails until it's too late - the customer service is the worst experienced - I wish I had read these reviews before I placed an order - never again!!

I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering, shoes far too small and arrived without shoe laces unable to get a response from the company regarding a refund ! I think I'm wasting my time ,horrendous just do not buy from this fake scamming company

Shocking company. Item received looks nothing like item advertised. Have to return to China within 3 days for a refund. Avoid at all costs

I also have a pair of boots that dont zip up, and are yoo small, i am trying yo send back, there was no paperwork, in the boots and all i can find is a chinese address, unable to print the forms , that are on line for returns, total sham, no customer service, i also wish i had read the reviews before ordering, i would not give 1 star, i would give -5, if your website would let me, this online chinese company needs avoiding at all costs

Moda responded to my emails but did not action as promised. I will not bother with them again.

I got ripped off by these, I should have done a bit more research as stupidly I thought they were based in London. Boots came, so cheap and not waterproof as the keys weren’t water proof. Also I when up a size and they were still to small. So they said refunds were easy with their 3 step process. Which it’s not as you have to print a form, dont have a printer so had to go to the library. Went to send them back but they say tracked and it’s to China not London so nearly the cost of the boots. Rip off

We too ordered orthopaedic shoes which were very uncomfortable due to their design and were told we had to return them to China or accept only a 20% refund. This awful sham of a company has a registered office in Smethwick in the West Midlands. We have reported them to Trading Standards in Sandwell Local Authority where the Smethwick office is based. Hopefully the company will be shut down.

Do not order anything from this company. They are based in China. It is not a U.K. company as the name suggests.
