8% gain on challenge 1 and Locked account
Very disappointed.i reached to require limit of pass challenge phase 2 i.e 8% profit on total account.but my account locked and send me new account to phase 2.but additional profit I earn in phase 1 not transferd.

Thank you for your review. There seems to be a misunderstanding regarding how prop firm challenges work. The structure you described is standard across the industry.
Phase 1 and Phase 2 are both evaluation stages not profit-generating stages. Reaching the 8% target simply means you have successfully passed Phase 1 and moved on to Phase 2 with a fresh account. Any profits made during Phase 1 are part of the evaluation only and are not carried forward.
Once both phases are successfully completed, traders are then given access to a funded account, where real profits are generated, and typically up to 80% of those profits are paid out to the trader.
We recommend taking some time to fully understand how prop firm models operate before drawing conclusions. If you have any questions, our support team is happy to assist.

The delay in this case was due to a routine risk and compliance review prior to release. Once that was completed, the payout was processed immediately. We always aim to keep this window as tight as possible while ensuring all accounts are reviewed fairly.

Excellent Prop Firm

Upon Payout request - Account disabled
Not Recommended due to this awful practice.
Initially had a good experience of funded accounts and one payout was received from my 1st account of 10k 2 phase challenge.
But on payout from my second account.
Only upon my request for a payout, I recieved an email of a hard breach that I have had a loss of 102 usd on 10k account. And also that I have not used stop loss on my few scalping trades.
And consequently my account was washed and my access was revoked.
If they have to disable accounts over this breach.
Then the breach should be communicated when it occurs and not when someone requests a payout.
Though rules are set out in terms and conditions but still this clearly is misinterpreting rules, Just to make them work in own favor.
As no prior emails of brech was received nor was i given any warning.
