We are surprised by your review, as it does not accurately reflect the events that led to your account closure.

Your account was not closed unexpectedly, nor were any rules introduced after you passed the evaluation. The Stop Loss requirement and the 1% risk limit per trade idea apply to funded accounts, and these requirements are clearly communicated when a trader enters the funded phase through a dedicated email.

Furthermore, you were specifically warned about these requirements before your account was closed.

On 07/09/2026, two separate risk-management violations were identified and communicated to you. Multiple trades were executed without Stop Loss protection, and multiple positions on the same instrument were opened as part of a single trade idea, with the combined risk exceeding the permitted 1% limit. These requirements had already been communicated to you.

You were subsequently issued another soft warning on 07/27/2026 regarding continued risk-management concerns.

Despite these warnings, further trades were again identified without Stop Loss protection.

It is therefore difficult to understand why the enforcement of clearly communicated risk requirements is being presented as evidence that Mockapital is “not reliable.” The account was not closed because you requested a payout, nor because new rules suddenly appeared. The payout review identified another violation, which was assessed together with the two previously recorded soft breaches.

Under the Mockapital risk framework, three soft breaches escalate to a hard breach. Your latest violation therefore resulted in the account reaching the hard-breach threshold, and the payout was declined accordingly.

We also want to make it clear that the previous soft breaches were never removed, cancelled, or reset. The fact that the account remained active after those warnings did not mean that the breaches were erased from your account history.

We welcome honest feedback, but it is important that reviews include the full context. In this case, the documented account history shows that the applicable funded-account requirements were communicated, the violations were communicated, warnings were issued, and the same risk-management issue was subsequently repeated.

Calling Mockapital “unreliable” while omitting the warnings you received and the repeated violations on your account gives readers a very incomplete picture of what actually happened.

The rules did not change. You were informed, warned, and given an opportunity to correct the same risk-management issues before the account reached the hard-breach threshold.
