Mochipan is great, again, I am so sorry for the misunderstanding and confusion but thank you for helping resolve the issues. I will definitely try ordering again in the future as I do really like the strawberry romper!

This is definitely the best purchase i’ve ever made, this robe was SO cute and i just had to get it. It’s incredibly soft and comfy and warm, i wear it all around the house 24/7, and it almost never leaves my side during the winter unless i’m washing it. The design is just adorable and i’m really tempted to buy another robe if they are brought back. The seller is also super sweet and creative, if i won the lottery i think i would have to buy one of everything because it’s all adorable and i love the designs and themes.
Communication was efficient and any issues were sorted out quickly. The team is super sweet and the products are always really good quality, love this website!
Ordering from Mochipan was great! The shopping and checkout process were both simple and pleasant - and when I had follow up questions regarding my purchase, the customer service was amazing!

The way she makes these dresses I’m one size shouldn’t stray you away from the experience of buying them. She makes them very beautifully and intricate with detail. Plus I feel like a strawberry fairy and who doesn’t want to feel like that!
Despite having a few issues with the shipping, the seller is genuinely very kind. I've ordered from them before and did indeed receive my item despite waiting a while, and it came in great condition! So as long as you can have some time to spare, like me in most cases when shopping, you should buy from here because the items are high quality and made with care. Shipping is sadly our of the control of sellers, coming from me who sells some stuff as well. Sometimes it does require a bit of patience on waiting for seller responses. You aren't their only customer so try keeping that in mind! Hopefully the seller's shipping situation is resolved soon, despite that, I have no complaints!
I ordered two shirts on May 5th 2023 as a pre-birthday present for myself - I noticed after a few weeks I hadn't had any email updates. I was worried and reached out to Rae, as I had seen that they were working on rebranding their store to hold original designs and that was the hold up. They were extremely quick to respond and kind enough to offer multiple forms of help (replacement, exchange or flat refund). I will update with a more thorough review once I receive my items.

After my emails not being responded to, I was actually able to contact Mochipan through commenting on their instagram page and working through DM :) They’ve been super transparent about their email boxes and other contact methods being messed up, and they sometimes even open their instagram stories to allow you to reach out for help there. Super nice owner, even covered shipping after my order had to be re-shipped.
This is my second time writing a review on Mochipan, and I'm sad to say that my experience with them has only gotten worse. I placed an order for a pre-order item back in October of 2021, yet I have yet to receive what I ordered. I understand that fulfilling pre-orders can take awhile, but I should have either received the item or a full refund by this time. I also understand that the global pandemic has been difficult for businesses and shipping. I placed another order from Mochipan in February of this year, but I never received it. It was supposedly shipped, yet it ended up getting refused by customs. I have tried to look into why it was refused, but I have yet to find out why. I have asked Mochipan for a full refund for both of the aforementioned orders, yet I am still waiting for a reply to the email I sent a week and a half ago. It's a shame that my experience with Mochipan has soured over the years because I really do like their clothes.
Update (May 19th, 2023): The merchant has since reached out to me. She told me that a refund for my older order was issued on May 4th, but there was no refund on my end. She mentioned doing the refund via Paypal, but I am still waiting for that. I also found out why my order from earlier this year was rejected by customs in Canada. Apparently my pajamas were mistaken for actual fruit, and they were thrown out. Very bizarre, not to mention a waste of resources. I have shopped online for years now, yet I have never had that happen to an order before.
Update (May 29th, 2023): I'm happy to report that I got refunded for both of my orders. :)
I ordered 2 shirts in November 2022 for Christmas. It is now March 28th and they STILL have not arrived. I have been in back & forth contact Rae, the founder, with weeks in between and nothing!
UPDATE 5/15/23:
No products ever came but I did receive refunds for both my items. I won’t try ordering again, at least not if I am ordering with the idea of a specific holiday in mind.

I was looking for a robe to help my brother relieve his anxiety while doing the laundry at the laundromat. Searched online and wasn't really finding "The One." Until strawberries came to mind, my brother loves strawberries. so I combined the words "strawberry" "robe" and various pictures of a similar looking robe came up. I had to find the official. It led me to the mochipan website, but upon looking at robes priced for hundreds of dollars my heart sank at the thought of what the price would be. I felt it would be UP there, $200 at least. But I followed the link, bracing myself for the price of... $72.99. My jaw dropped.
Honestly, thought it was a scam at first. But when I sent it to my brother, he fell in love with it instantly.
I took the plunge, made an account, and ordered 2 Soft & Comfy Strawberry Robes (Size: 2XL) and was pleasantly surprised they even offered payment plans. Which put me and my wallet at ease. Even provided me with free shipping, and a $15 discount welcoming me for signing up. I was set, and received my order notification.
I wondered if I should've gotten faster shipping. It was to help accommodate my disabled younger brother, after all. I thought about it for days and decided to contact mochipan, where they responded swiftly, giving me shipping options, and sent me an email once I had chosen with a button to click and pay the shipping. Few days later I got a shipping notification, and the package arrived within 1 to 2 weeks. My brother was so happy it arrived and he hadn't even opened the box yet. A beautifully packaged pair of 2 plush robes. Brother unzips the bag, and what unfolds is an absolutely gorgeous robe just as pictured on the website. Relief washes over me (NOT a scam.) My brother smiled ear to ear, put on the robe and declared "I'm a strawberry!" We laughed.
And my brother was able to go out comfortably and do his laundry.
It makes me so happy to see my brother enjoying it. :)
He wears it all the time, inside and out. Has even used it as a blanket. *laughs*

There were some issues with the postage of my package (issues with the shipping company I think, not the store itself), but the owner resent my package free of charge and was very kind about it :))

I ordered the bread purse for my girlfriend and she absolutely adores it, its able to hold a lot more than I expected as well which is a definite bonus!
It arrived on March but as the season has already changed, I couldn't wear the sweater...
However the support from Rae after I wrote the review here was quick and kind. Thanks for coping with quickly

Because it seems like business owner Rae is watching the reviews here, Please process the ORDER #7606 ASAP. Also you should check on if your email address (mochipanofficial@) is correctly working as some customers here sending emails to you but heard no response.

Ordered a really cute sweater early December 2022 and as of February 2023 I haven’t received the package and the seller has yet to respond to any of my emails asking for updates. The clothes are really cute but they aren’t cheap by any means so it’s quite disappointing.
Update 6/10/23: I’m aware the seller has issues receiving emails so I reached out through their website. They were incredibly kind and said they could either resend it or offer a refund. I opted for them to resend it. This was all several weeks ago. I will update when either the item arrives or I opt for a refund :)
Update 7/6/23: The seller felt incredibly apologetic about the sweater being late and so they offered to send a complimentary strawberry robe. Today the robe arrived!! The sweater that I originally ordered has yet to arrive tho. The robe is really cute and soft :) I’ll let y’all girlies know when the sweater arrives!
Update 12/20/2023: The sweater still has not arrived now over a year since ordering it. I really wish I could recommend this brand as the clothes are so cute and the seller is extremely kind, but due to the consistent lack of packages arriving on time or at all for several customers and the fact that a whole year has passed and I still dont have the item I ordered I cannot. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this brand to anyone with the shipping and communication problems it currently has.

I ordered in June 2022, never received it. Let the seller know, they sent out a replacement, never received that. Let the seller know AGAIN, they sent a replacement for the replacement to a different address, never received it. Emailed them finally asking for a refund January 2023, no respond, emailed again, haven't heard back. $100 down the drain.
EDIT: Rae has been in contact and has sent a replacement product. It has yet to arrive but the customer service has been nice and personal. I updated my review to 3 stars from 1 star and will update again after I receive the package!

After a little while I managed to get in touch with mochipan about an order that hadn’t arrived, thankfully the owner got in touch with me and sorted out my order, turns out it got lost in transit but I’m very thankful that they offered to resend my coat. I’m an very grateful for their effort’s
May update: so I contacted mochipan and she said she resent it out, I got upset because everything was taking so long so I asked for a refund instead, she said she sent me a refund and it went through and she did also give me a very generous $55 gift card which is around £44.65.
It’s now been ten weeks and the order I made using the gift card has not arrived. A bit disappointed but I can’t be bothered to try and find the time to keep messaging and trying to get in contact with the owner to try and fix things when nothing is working out for me clearly. At least I got the refund.
Got the strawberry robe for my adult daughter for Christmas. She LOVES it!!! It’s so soft and the little strawberry buttons and the stem hood are just the cherry (hehehe 😋) on top! I had some issues with delivery at first but it was resolved very quickly and communication was excellent. Thank you 🍓❤️
My partner made a purchase somewhere around December 2021. It's been a year and we have only received one email from Rae, where she informed us about problems with the warehouses producing the clothes. My partner and I have contacted her multiple times and have yet to receive an update regarding our order. The order was around 70 € so it's not a tiny purchase either.
We are not sure if our or Rae's emails are getting lost somewhere but for now, I cannot recommend buying from Mochipan. It's sad because I thought that the clothes looked cute and I would get to support a small business. I will edit my review accordingly if I get any updates.
Update 1: We were contacted by Rae who kindly offered to resend the package with some extra goods. Still, we haven't received an update email in a few days so we're not sure when the new package will arrive.
Update 2: The new package was sent and we are waiting for it to come. I am very pleased with how Rae communicated with us through email.
Update 3: We still haven't gotten the package after waiting for over one month since update 2...
Update 4 (21.4.2023): I reached out to Rae through email and asked for a refund. She hasn't answered yet. It's sad that this didn't work out as well as I thought it would, but oh well.
Update 5 (4.5.2023): Still haven't received any answers yet. :(
