I absolutely love mochipan! Im a bigger lady but i still have a smaller waist, i have always had problems finding clothes, especially cute clothes that actually look nice on me. Im also autistic and have extreme sensory issues. Mochipan is the best clothes i have ever bought! Their size guide is so detailed, so i actually know what size to get! Its great quality and looks so nice on! And it never irritates my sensory issues. Im so happy that i found this company, i now finally have clothes i actually love!

I recently got my first thing from Mochipan. There was a slight issue with the order (that I don't think was Mochipan's fault, to be clear), and customer service was extremely nice and helpful!! There was another small confusion when returning the order having to do with the account that made the order originally (I was returning it/requesting the new item for the original buyer), which they were very patient about and offered to make up for. The representative I emailed with was kind and helpful the entire time, and I'm glad I decided to reach out on fixing it! I love the bag I got, its high-quality and completely my style. Very unique! I can only speak for the bag for quality, though, and it did take a while to ship, but not unexpectedly long to me. It was a good experience and I would consider getting Mochipan products again in the future.

News flash people, if you don't want to wait, then buy the item when it's IN STOCK not PRE-ORDER especially if it's something that clearly says PRE-SAMPLE in front of it. Not to sound like rude, but learn what that means. I'm not sure how much clearer she can get otherwise.

Also use this review to keep in mind that some of these reviews should be taken with a grain of salt. She ABSOLUTELY gets harassed constantly on twitter because there's another artist that also designs/makes clothing and sometimes the timing of their releases and designs are extremely similar to Mochi's. It's gone beyond coincidence at this point but people love to turn on Mochi and tell her how she doesn't own this or that so she's not allowed to complain yet the other artist can claim she owns a pose and just say 'nuh uh I did it first' while having her co-designer post crocodile tears and shit talk in her replies. Y'all work together you can do that privately but you make a point of doing it publicly to slander Mochi more. It's classic high school b****.

I've never seen Mochi be anything but respectful when she has to comment on the matter, yet people will STILL go out of their way to view her Instagram story just to find this page and write a wack-ass review? Channel your energy in growing the hell up instead.

I also want to apologize to Mochi cause I know she doesn't like people getting heated, even in her defense, but I'm the type of person who doesn't like seeing people be unfoundedly treated like shit especially not so often.

Anyway, I bought the higanbana bag a while back and I love it. It's compact but has plenty of pocket space. Unfortunately I broke the strap but I'm hoping to replace it cause the bag is one of my favorites and I'm a bag hoarder. If you ever make a gold trimmed version I'll absolutely scoop it up.

So I am a home baker and when I saw the cherry pie purse I knew I had to have it. Even knowing it was a pre-order item. Even knowing that delays happen. Pre-order basically means future me is gonna be so surprised! Well it arrived the other day and already I have received so many compliments! It's well made, the detachable "slice" is very secure on the bag so I'm not worried about it falling off, not to mention the packaging is absolute perfection. I'm already perusing to see what my next purchase from Mochipan will be!

Seriously an amazing product and a great customer experience. I had come across the Artist Jacket concept and fallen in love with it, so, trusting based off earlier designs being made, I ordered one of my own. And while it was by no means a quick turnaround time, I believe the quality was worth it and the few experiences that I had with emailing them about my order went smoothly.

The Starry Night jacket I ordered is probably one of the highest quality and comfortable jackets I own! I love this small business it's one of my favorites you can tell the owner puts a lot of care into their products!

I bought a cardigan back in October and due to it being in pre-order pre-sample i did not receive until late December. I did however sign up for the email updates for the brand, this made sure that i was informed of when my cardigan should arrive. Once it did arrive I was thrilled with the quality and comfortability. It's been my favorite piece of outerwear for the past 2 months. I will being looking to get another cardigan from Mochipan soon.

I've bought from Mochipan twice, gotten 3 dresses and a bag, and every single item has always been amazing!! Pre-orders can take a while, but it's very clear in the policy how pre-orders work. My first order (about a year ago) was delayed, but when I reached out I got a quick, professional, and clear response letting me know the status of the pre-order items. Now there are frequent updates on the status of pre-order items on the website and you can sign up to get those updates emailed to you! It makes it much easier to know when items will be shipped out.
For the quality of the items and it being a small business, the prices are way better than I thought they'd be. I always get endless compliments whenever I wear anything I got from mochipan!

I bought a "pie purse" from Mochipan, and I actually received and unboxed it today! The packaging was cute and on-theme. The bag itself was amazing and exactly what I expected. Following along with progress updates and other clothing designs on their website and Instagram has kept me excited and always looking forward to the next thing. (Can't wait for my jam sweater and winters kiss dress later this year!!) Amazing small business, highly recommend <3

I’m not one to usually leave reviews, but I feel the need to. I ordered the higanbana skirt in black on May 5th, 2024. I knew it was a pre-order, so I was expecting it to take a bit to get. When I finally got it on August 17th, I was really pleased with the quality and the fit. It has a beautiful texture to it, it feels thick, but not the kind of thick that’d make you over heat in Florida weather. As for the fit, I ordered it in a medium. I had zero issues getting it over my butt, and it fit perfectly on my waist too, which was a pleasant surprise. Normally it is absurdly difficult to find bottoms that fit over my butt but also fit my waist. I have found so many cute skirts that would 1000% fit my waist perfectly, but I cant get over my butt, so this skirt being able to both fit my waist and go over my butt was a miracle.

I will say, I was really nervous about ordering from Mochipan due to the price and being worried that the site was a scam or the quality would be cheap. As stated in the rest of my review, I was shown that my concerns (while valid), weren’t needed.

Got the pumpkin overalls with a large sweater, and the mushroom dress. I get compliments all the time and feel cute in them! It takes a while to get your stuff, but as someone who used to work with art and clothes, that is a given, especially for a small business.

I’ve ordered from Mochipan four times now this year: an initial orange cardigan and romper purchase in April 2024; a strawberry robe, swimsuit coverup, cardigan, and woodland shorts in July; a moth cardigan and fall dress in October; and then a butterfly cardigan and a moth jacket in December. Every order I’ve made has been very clear when it would arrive, and when I’ve had questions, customer service has always been quick to respond, helpful, and accommodating. When I’ve gotten my clothes, they’re beautiful, well-made, and exactly as described.

I love the pre-sample pre-order system, which lets me invest in a product at a discount with the understanding that it will be a while before the design becomes reality (and that I can cancel with no penalty if the sample comes back and I don’t like it, which for the record has yet to happen). As long as you’re paying attention at all when you’re ordering and understand the difference between an in-stock item and a pre-order, I think it’s very unlikely that you will have a bad experience with this shop.

Just got my cropped pumpkin sweater and obsidian romper! Fabric feels amazing and they are both sooo cute! When I placed my order I received an email that provided tracking numbers, and I have the "Shop" app so it showed me where it was through the shipping process. Shipping took a little over a week, but thats quick in my terms :). I'm so happy with my purchase, 100% buying from mochipan again.

Okay so i believe (if I remember correctly) i pre orderd the green cottage core dress with the matching shrug. Firstly, the quality was amazing. I could not have been happier. I have never felt more beautiful then when i was wearing the dress. It was in my opinion 100% worth the price.
Secondly, while the shipping did take a while I was not surprised at all. I knew it would be a while considering this is a small business and not fast fashion and that didn't bother me.
Overall my favorite brand probably ever. I will buy again💖 Thank you for making me feel whimsical!!

I ordered the Death's Head Moth Cardigan at the end of September along with another pre order jacket. Both items were pre orders and I was fine with waiting. I ended up deciding to cancel the jacket preorder and just get the cardigan so I emailed them. The customer support team responded quickly and informed me of the updated shipping cost. I appreciated their transparency and quick response. I ended up getting the cardigan a week ago and it's absolutely perfect. Well worth the wait! I definitely plan on ordering from them again!

I was following Mochipan since before the owner began designing her own outfit designs and producing them, and to see the business come so far makes me so happy!!! I’m a proud owner of the original mushroom dress that I think blew the account up possibly? And it’s SO good, the quality and the silhouette on me, it’s just perfect!! Not only that, the owner employees seem to be very nice! Any time I have an issue I get email responses within 2 days, and they always make sure my issues are addressed! Right now I’m waiting for my artist jacket, and yes if I can leave a review for that after this I’m coming back to talk about it!

My fiancé ordered me the Smokey Emperor Moth Cardigan for my birthday and I’m so in love with it. Mochi was super helpful with getting it shipped through another company due to at the time Canada Post was still on strike. I’ve had so many compliments on it at work- including from my very old school hairstylist boss. It’s the most well made piece of clothing I currently own and I can’t wait to add more to my collection!

I ordered the cottage bodycon dress and shrug and it came rather quickly since it wasn't preorder, I love it so much and I wear it every time I get, I wish I would have gotten the shrug a size bigger but it's fine
