Hey I'm having a problem about report y u guys always accept the report of others when they report me even if I get mvp but when I report them when they get bronze u guys always reject the report and accept their abd about network i always lack in the hero pick and I some time unable to login because of network but u guys can't see my problem and I always can't play rank and if I appeal u guys reject it plz mlbb accept my appeal my id 838261301

The overall game is nice and fun! But i don't like how expensive the skins are. Anyhow, i don't spend to play nor play to spend anyways, so it's top tier for me!

Terrible service, I’ve been banned from speaking for 30 matches for something that wasn’t even that bad I was just pointing out that the enemy team was cheating and yet somehow I was the one who got banned it’s absolutely ridiculous I want every player on there team banned additionally trying to contact your organisation is impossible you get some ai that doesn’t work 90% of the time ridiculous don’t play this game

I had a double charge to my account made a week apart. I contacted apple with my issue and they refunded me no problem due to fraud. I login on legends the following day and they deducted the fraud purchase amount of diamonds from my account causing it to go in the negative drastically. I contacted customer support and sent photo proof of the double charge and explained the situation over and over again simply asking them to set my negative back to zero and they refused. Absolutely abhorrent customer service so guess I have to fork over more money just to be able to use my account

Poor customer service. Took them 24hrs to respond to my inquiry yet the csr did not reviewed my inquiry. The penalty system is ridiculous and content moderation is poorly managed.

Useless server when I play alone my ms is fine but when I play with my friends my ms drops everytime and even the matchmaking is so unfair .

No links, no instructions, and no automated messages have helped me so far! If my issue is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter publicly through gaming forums, content creators, and social media.

I demand immediate action and the recovery of my account!

I don't know what the 1 star ratings are about. but this game is amazing. its a much faster pace game from League of Legends and it's a simple structure is awesome. matchmaking is great and the game is wildly fun.

I like the opportunity to get new skins and that they explained how to use the events and all.

This game is so pathetic with its matchmaking, it can never compete with other games. Waste of time to play this game. Getting paired against pro players with brainless teammates

Game is fun up until you get to mythic, and started getting matched with selfish and non cooperative players.

I just deleted the game after spending money on skins and almost 10 years of playing, very sad that you get match with bots and low IQ players and end up loosing all your hard work, anytime I win is because I end up carrying the team or the other team is even more stupid.

Algorithm is so bad literally time waste avoid this game plzz

The matchmaking system on rank is horrible. You get people in your team that don’t know what they are doing and you keep loosing over and over because of it. They keep saying that the system matches the players based on win rate and levels, however, you get to play alongside people that are beginners with no strategy at all. DO NOT PLAY THAT GAME! It’s trash.

Matchmaking sucks a lot worst I have ever seen played ranked and all my teammates decided to go one lane and I was questioning my life decisions and why I am playing with brain dead teammates they watch me get jumped quick play not that much better saw a guy use no skills or even try to run when facing an opponent. The enemy team is barely even better

I always lose mlbb from epic to grandmaster and I always have useless teammates I would not recommend these game I would think twice before playing this game so far it is a terrible game my teammates will not push
