Playing this game provides absolutely nothing but pure frustration. They are celebrating 10 years of running one of the worst, most manipulative matchmaking systems in gaming history. The algorithm completely forces your losses; as soon as you win a few rounds, it intentionally rigs your next games against you. Then, after forcing a 4-game losing streak, it matches you against low-tier AI bots just to trick you into feeling successful so you won't quit. It is a completely broken, predatory system designed to manipulate your emotions. The developers should be deeply ashamed of this product.

The matchmaking in Ranked has become seriously unfair. Games feel completely unbalanced, and encountering what appear to be bots/AI players in Ranked matches makes the experience even worse. Ranked should be about competing against real players with a fair and competitive matchmaking system.
At this point, I’m tired of wasting time on unfair matches. It might be time to find a new game with real players and better matchmaking. Moonton needs to seriously improve Ranked matchmaking if they want players to keep coming back. It only gives player frustration no fun in it these days. Such a waste of time .

Broken Matchmaking: The matchmaking system is completely unfair. You are constantly paired with inexperienced or trolling teammates, while the enemy team gets a coordinated stack. It feels completely rigged to force a 50% win rate rather than rewarding skill.

Pay-to-Win Balancing: Hero balance is entirely driven by skin sales. Whenever a hero gets an expensive new skin, they magically receive a massive buff to boost sales. Once the skin event ends, the hero gets nerfed into oblivion. This greedy cycle ruins competitive integrity.

Absurd and Inconsistent Rules: The moderation and ban system is a joke. Innocent players get punished for harmless profile symbols or minor issues due to automated, flawed reports, while actual griefers and intent-feeders walk away untouched.

Until Moonton starts prioritizing proper game balance and fair moderation over microtransactions, I cannot recommend this game to anyone.

am officially done with this game. There is absolutely no point in playing anymore when ranked matches are flooded with bots. I want my money back. This game used to be great, but now it is completely unplayable.
​The support team is entirely useless. I end up getting banned almost daily because of the constant bot issues—when I get matched with them, I get frustrated, and I frankly do not care anymore. However, I do feel bad if I end up being toxic when I actually get a legitimate player on my team.
​This season, I have played 300 matches. Playing solo, I have lost 72% of my games. When I group up with friends, there are no issues and both sides have legitimate players. But the moment I want to play a solo match, it is an absolute nightmare. It is impossible to enjoy this game alone anymore. Avoid it.

Matching not good and players are also not good. This all system of match making is not good. I love this game very much but sometimes the matches became impossible to win because of teammates. So I request to make match making descent.

if only i can rate this game a 0. matchmaking is so ass, i always get a teammate with a 0 12 kda and always on a losing streak and always an mvp loss. the system is so ass like you'll always lose but you won't get your stars back, like you'll be on a lose streak but won't get a win streak. no matter how many days you play or grind on rank, you'll just be stuck at one specific rank. I've been on a losing streak and stuck in legend 1 for like 3 days and I'm trying to reach mythic but their shitty ass matchmaking doesn't let me rank up. they always fvcking give me trashy teammates (their highest rank is only mythic) and I'm always on an mvp loss. no matter what lengths you do, they couldn't care less. I always report my feeding teammates and they don't even get punished. so UNFAIR.

the customer service are not serious and don't take the users seriously. also, I've been having issues with high ms while my internet is tip top. all what the customer service says is that I need to balance between my wifi and cellular data. I'm leaving reviews on all the platforms so that you take people seriously. Trash with low server maintenance and no responsibility for their user experience.

I've been playing this game since 2018 and I'd not recommend anyone to play this game.... I had a starlight purchased in game and then I got around 820 starlight fragments from the draw as well as daily membership... what I see the next day is all my fragments that I've had collected is missing... and note"I've not even used a single from and not even my ID is hacked" it's so unfair how this game been playing with my emotions... MLBB now adding AI or bot players in the game. specifically in rank games. You will clearly notice their game play with zero coordination and after the game when you check their profile. It looks like pixelated AI generated images. They are clearly getting less players and instead of hearing our what the players are asking to get back on th game. They add bot or AI players in the game.

Very shitty experience. Once your acc got hacked, you can't retrieve it forever. You can't speak with real person, thus you can't also recover the acc because of the first "receipt" "when the acc was made" and "secondary pw" that was made by the hacker. Don't download it. Play other games instead.

Game has been gradually becoming worse, matching still sucks even though promises were made almost every year but no changes, now BOTS roam the game since player base have decreased but the BOTS on your team would purposely make you lose in order to keep your WR at below 60% (and they are trying very hard to hide that fact but using inactive accounts or fake accounts to pose as real players), fake matching stats where enemy is a potential full squad of 5 matching up with you team of either 3,2/ 2,1,1,1/ 1,1,1,1,1 or get human players that are the worse kinds to be on your team. Focused on creating and selling skins more than focusing on the game. Everything is heavily censored even if they were not even meant an insult or attack. My account was hacked and i followed the steps to retrieve the account via in-game but there are only certain options to select via the BOT CS and the form keeps rejecting my application even though i have given at least 90% accurate information and i have filled the form multiple times until being prompted i am submitting too frequently and let me tell you the form aint short. I have tried every possible way to try to get a HUMAN to reach out to me or help me, via Reddit, Discord, Facebook, Email but all i receive was BOT replies, no replies or getting my post removed as all these platforms are heavily moderated by their own people which they are trying to protect their so called good image pffftttt...GET A HUMAN CS to reach out to me for my account before i visit your office as i have been very patient on this as a player that supported them throughout so many years!!!!!!
