A friend in need is a friend indeed.
It seems to be an emergency when I need parts and I can always get what I need by stopping in , sometimes unannounced. Keith and Joanna always welcome me and have what I need and I even got invited to lunch onetime. They are my friends now! They are making a real go of Mobile !!

I was able to navigate the website and order parts for my sawmill that is over 41 years old and still saws lumber amazingly.
I was able to find all the parts I needed in under 10 minutes, ordered and out for delivery. This is a great company to do business with.

Great communications
I made a parts order on Friday. On Monday I sent Mobile Dimension Saw a question about my order. I received an answer in less than an hour. Next came E
notices verifying receipt of order, order shipped and the following Friday as the arrival date. I appreciate having timely updates and the quick 1-week delivery.

they have changed the belt orders
they have changed the belt orders, they used to be mobile diminution belts with there name on the belt. I ordered a complete set and 2 of the belts for the final drive are the wrong size , one to big and one to small. Just a little distance on each makes a big difference overall. Haven't heard back from them yet. Used to be able to call and have a tech solve the problem right away.

The folks at Mobile Dimension sent all the correct parts needed for my mill and only needed to know my name and state to look my saw up. The parts arrived in good order and quickly.
