Im very satisfied
The delivery was fast, the quality of products great, even tho i got it from the second chance category.
The only thing is that the board could inflate faster 😂
And a separate pocket for the board and the accessories would be great.

Die gelieferte Ware, in meinem Fall das kanaloa2, ist sehr gut verpackt gewesen und mach nach Aufbau und testfahrt einn top Eindruck.

Lieferdatum wird immer wieder verschoben
Bei der Boot Düsseldorf wurde ich mit einem super Angebot gelockt. Seitdem warte ich vergeblich auf mein SUP. Erst sollte es im April kommen, dann im Juni, dann Juli. Anfang Juni bekam ich dann die frohe Botschaft mein SUP sei in 10 Tagen bei mir, also doch früher als Juli. Zu früh gefreut - am 05.07. nachgefragt bekam ich nun die Info, dass das SUP erst Mitte August geliefert wird. Und auch noch nicht zu mir sondern zu MOAI. Wie kann sowas angehen? Und das erfahre ich auch erst auf Nachfrage. Ganz schlechter Service. Ich behalte die Bestellung aber aufrecht, nur um mal zu sehen, wie lange ich noch warten darf. Vllt feiern wir ja Jahrestag in Düsseldorf zur nächsten Messe und mir wird es dort geschenkt ;-)

Ein Teil der Bestellung wurde vergessen, aber umgehend nachgeschickt. Ein anderes Teil war defekt, aber auch das wurde nach einem sehr freundlichen Kontakt umgehend ersetzt.

Quick delivery, good quality, packaging needs to be improved
Quick delivery within a few days (to Germany), board well packed except the screw and screw plate for the fin which were loosely falling around in the box and almost thrown in the garbage by accident. Please find a better packaging solution for this! The board backpack is high quality and spacious enough so you don't have to cram the board and equipment in there. We went out on the water once so far and the board was fun to use, in great condition except one small spot where it isn't perfectly glued but nothing major. The pump that comes with the package does its job but takes quite a while which comes as no surprise. All in all a good purchase experience.
