I thoroughly enjoyed my 30-minute study session with Laura, who clearly explained factorising and placing coordinates on a grid. I was also surprised to receive free mock test papers at the end of the session, which I hope will prove invaluable.

I've used MME multiple times for their revision and predicted papers. Latest purchase was the GCSE Maths predicted papers before my resit in November which arrived quickly, looked so similar to the real exam papers and really helped with my revision. Content in them is really good and replicated the difficulty of the real exams. Got my result last week and I passed!! Thanks MME!

Hearing that they genuinely supported your revision and helped you achieve a pass is fantastic news, and congratulations on your result.
Disappointing Customer Service and Rigid Refund Policy
I had a very disappointing experience with MME Revise. I was charged £19.99 for a monthly subscription I believed had already been cancelled. As soon as I noticed the charge, I cancelled the subscription immediately and reached out to request a refund, given that the service was no longer needed or used.
Despite explaining the situation clearly and citing relevant UK consumer protection laws, MME Revise repeatedly refused a refund. They pointed to their terms and conditions and insisted the charge was valid, with no consideration for good faith or customer experience. Their final response stated that the matter was closed and they would not engage in further discussion, which felt dismissive and unhelpful.
While I understand the need for terms of service, a more customer-focused and flexible approach would have gone a long way - especially when the subscription was cancelled just one day after renewal with no usage.
I won’t be using MME Revise again and would caution others to double-check their subscription settings carefully - this company won’t accommodate even the most reasonable requests.

Our subscription terms are clearly outlined at sign-up and throughout the user dashboard, and cancellation must be completed prior to renewal. While we understand your frustration, the subscription remained active until cancelled after the renewal date.
We always aim to treat customer concerns fairly and transparently, and while we were unable to issue a refund on this occasion, your feedback has been noted.
Very poor service
Very poor service, paid 45 pounds for 2 set of papers A levels , still not received after 6 days of placing order , added Royal mail speed post and yet MME have not dispatched 4 days later . Poor customer service, I need a full refund for my money spent .

Does not reply to any customer service emails. Had a problem with the answer book for one of the sets of (very expensive) practice papers I ordered. Tried to contact them via email to ask what I could do several times, company does not respond.
