Great quality merchandise. Poor shipping support and experience. Mediocre Customer Service.

One can order from this shop, one will pay top dollar for the item and pay extra for subpar shipping.

Their logistics is a nightmare, they are trying to make money off of S&H, so their mediocrity in service is evident. 7 business days to receive an item in Las Vegas To Los Angeles paying for prime rates should get you exactly that. Not with MLB Shop, you get a third party combo and leave USPS to deal with the slack. I will shop from here because I “have” to, not because they are a good merchant. The whole website needs major upgrading. Reach out to Nike, they can show you the ropes. Dorks.

I recently had a very bad experience with this site but only, after contacting the MLBshop.com Facebook page did I have a person named Jan who greatly helped me with an order shipping problem. the customer services is really helpful for that on any problem.

They received 1 star only because 0 isn't an option. Do not buy any cards from them, worst customer service, terrible shipping times and no response when I email about my order. I ordered a box of cards 3 weeks before my sons birthday and they still have not shipped!

Bought an 80 dollar or Orioles batting jersey. It was too wide charged me 17 dollars for a return on the item. I’m never buying anything from them again!!!!

Got 2 hats I had to return because they continue to send me hats with a terrible stitch jobs.Not cool as a new fan,I doubt I would see these hats in person…

Some Packages never arrived ! Company does not pick up the phone ! Very stressful. Says delivered when it’s not !!! I’m missing items and can’t contact company by phone no one answers ! Can’t email gets returned back to sender !

I ordered a New Era hat, as a birthday gift for my husband, unfortunately it was too big, so we had to return it. They charged me $14 for the return label!!! I paid $33.89 (that's including the shipping cost) and will only get $6 refund. So no item and $24 loss - gift to a MLB shop. Unreal!!!! I have never ever had such a horrible online experience. Shame on you MLB shop scamming people like that. I will never ever buy anything from this place again.

Ordered playoff shirts 3 weeks ago. They still have not shipped. Season will probably be over by the time the shirts get here. Never using mlb shop again.

Horrible! I paid for overnight shipping and they sent an email stating that my order will be shipped 11 days later. That's not overnight! I paid $60.00 for shipping. You cannot speak to a person, only a AI blurb. Very disappointed!

Placed an order a month ago and every day they spam 3 emails claiming that the order shipped - which is a LIE, they don't even intend to ship for another two weeks. This was not a special order it was something in stock. Calling service is pointless they can do nothing, they had no problem taking money but getting the package to UPS seems to be too hard for them.

I ordered a cap August26, 2024 and the tracking says the delivery will be the 5th we are the 11th. Horrible will not order again. Called customer services says it will be delivered today well today came and went no delivery. Every day the tracking UPS says today. Not happening.

I purchased a Red Sox Jersey to wear to a game on Friday. Purchased it on Monday and used my ShopRunner GUARANTEED 2-Day shipping so it would arrive on Thursday.

They didn't send it 2-day shipping but used "Mail Innovations that does not guaranteed a specific day delivery". They claimed a delay by the carrier which was a LIE!! My receipt says arrival date by Mail Innovations is between July 28-31. So as soon as I clicked that button to buy and got the receipt it was already scheduled for 7-day shipping.

I called customer service who was reading from a script and said since it left their warehouse they have no control.

I wanted them to admit that they did not send it 2-day and provide a discount. They told me I would have to wait until it is delivered on the following Tuesday.

Amazon didn't have this specific jersey in their Prime Option for 2 day delivery which is why I went with this dumb website.

IF YOU NEED IT WITHIN 10-DAYS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP!! EVEN IF YOU PAY FOR 2-DAY YOU WILL NOT GET IT.

Poor company and transaction not able to happen.

Worst Customer service I’ve ever experienced. Absolutely won’t do anything for you if they mess something up. I paid for 2-day shipping for a pack of cards and they gave me the regular 3-7 day shipping without refunding me. It came in 12 days. Called their number, they wouldn’t answer, sent them emails, no response, finally their customer service chat talked to me and they wouldn’t fix the problem. My pack also came damaged and they said they couldn’t refund or replace it. So terrible!!

I was so excited to order a jersey and it has been a bad experience! It didn’t come in time! And they are saying it can’t be delivered! I don’t want to order anything from this website ever again! It’s sad but they have lost my business.

Ordered couple of shirts. 2 months later and weekly e-mails explaining that my order was delayed, it took me hours to figure out how to cancel the order. Finally got a phone number and spoke to someone in INDIA? Could not understand him. Gave him my order number.. literally 5 times.. Directly from the e-mail they sent me. Can not find it.. A freakin joke. I will never order from their site again..

Ordered $100 jersey 5/24/2024 as a birthday present for 06/02. As of 06/01 it's "still processing".

Wish I read the reviews here first.

I'll buy cheap knockoffs from here on.

Why pay $100 for a jersey if they can't even ship in a timely fasion

I ordered my t shirt and never received it stay way I was told 3 to 7 Business days.

Canceled item 7 hours after purchase. Never heard back for days and order was removed from my orders. No refund nothing. Reached out to help line several days later. Gave me the run around and said it would arrive in a few days. No notification no email nothing. Total BS, they wanted their money and didn’t want to cancel it. The payment was still being processed. How could they have made a shirt it 7 hours from 10pm to 5am. Never again but from this company. Beware there customer support team sucks.
