Very disappointed
I have bought almost all my work clothes from Mistral but I am never ordering online again. I ordered clothes in August, some came, some didn’t. I have emailed several times asking for a refund for the clothes which have not been sent, and also went into a shop to ask for help. The assistant did her best but I am still waiting. The company has not answered a single email. I am truly shocked. I thought because they had so many high street stores that they were a reputable company. I know these are difficult times but not to answer emails at all is dreadful.
Bad to start with, but got better
As per all the other reviews, ordered three items, money taken from my bank on day of order but no items received. Going by what I’ve read on here it looks like I won’t get the items and will have to fight to get my refund. Really wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I have emailed but nothing. If I do not receive my items then i will take legal action against Mistral.

Whilst I am not completely happy with the items I do not dare to send them back as I am afraid I may not get my refund, and my local shop has closed. I doubt I will be ordering from Mistral online again.
Will Mistral be gone with the wind?
I have just browsed through some of the other reviews and I can’t say that I am surprised. I have had a really negative experience with this company.
I ordered an item three weeks ago and in short, I’m not going to receive it. It’s the wrangle and hassle I’ve had to get a response from these people that has driven me to distraction. I emailed three times and received a automated reply saying someone would contact me in 10 days. That’s a long time when it’s possible that your order has gone astray. I never did have a response. In the end I tried the phone and a recorded message tells you to email. Back to square 1. It is not possible to leave a message because the mailbox is full.
Finally, I phoned one of the shops and spoke to a helpful person who must have escalated my complaint, because suddenly I received a refund and an email explaining basically, why Mistral are so inefficient. They also said they were sorry to lose my custom. True, I did say I would never shop there again, but in these straightened times, in order to retain business, an offer of a voucher or a discount to restore confidence is what a good company would do. I would not have accepted, purely because Mistral don’t know how to run a enterprise efficiently and I am not a glutton for punishment.
This outfit is heading for receivership. Better companies than this have hit the buffers, it’s only a matter of time and Mistral will be gone like the wind it is named after.

The worst online shopping experience I have had!! Do NOT order online from this company. Their customer service is non - existant!!!. I placed a very large order of 16 items on 13th August. Some items arrived, one by one, some never arrived. No telephone customer service, my emails were ignored. In desperation I rang my nearest mistral store ( over 30 miles away) for advice but they were unable ro resolve online sales issues. I then found the number for Head office and rang - again and again and again. Absolute shambles!!! They had no idea of what had been delivered or not; no idea of what was missing from my order , told that refunds had been given when they hadn't etc etc etc. Every time I phoned I was told the issues were being sorted but they weren't ! Yesterday, 19th Oct, after nearly 10 weeks of waiting and phoning, I finally got the refunds I have had to fight ridiculously hard for - and I believe that if I hadn't kept phoning head iffice, I would still be waiting! I will NEVER, NEVER order online again.
Note, Thank you to the poor staff at Winchester branch ( especially Rian) who tried their very best to help me throughout.
Appalling service - do not use this company
Appalling service, ordered two jumpers on 14th August, we are now 16th October, jumpers did not arrive, customer service is via email only, automated service no telephone number, I’m still awaiting a refund.
Avoid buying online from this company at all costs.
Non existent refunds
Ordered goods in July returned one item, still waiting for a refund. Replies to my emails appear to be automatically generated. Customer service unfortunately non existent at the moment.
It’s a real shame as I’ve ordered some lovely clothes, well made and quite individual in the past.
I would avoid as I’m speculating they may go into administration.

I would concur with all the recent reviews below.
I have only had part of an order, they have my money but do not answer emails and have gone seriously downhill. I have loved their products but I wouldn’t buy from them ever again on line. Our local shop is now shut.
Disorganised and terrible customer service
Mistral have failed to deliver an item I ordered over 2 months ago. I have emailed them several times and never had a satisfactory response. They claim it has been dispatched but they cannot tell me when or where from. I have requested a refund 3 times now but had no joy. Very poor customer service and very disorganised. Seems they use covid as an excuse for everything.

love mistrals clothes but something seriously wrong as the other reviews say ordered 3 tshirts one arrived straight away 3 weeks later invoice for 2 tops only 1 inside managed to get refund for missing top as out of stock returned other as not suitable still not had refund sent proof of postage and invoice copies sent over 30 emails nothing but generated response no answer on phones ever so gone through dispute with paypal now....buy from store only...

Update. I ordered from their sale on 16 August. Nothing has arrived. Emails, phone calls (I even called their head office) - nada. Until I lodged a transaction query through my credit card.
I finally got an email saying they had no idea what had happened with my order - really? Asked what they wanted me to do and I said refund onto my credit card. I have not heard anything yet and not had a refund but at least I got some response and now the credit card company are handling it anyway.
There is something very wrong with Mistral and I definitely won't order from them again. They take your money straight away but don't live up to their promises and then keep sending emails about their goods. I have unsubscribed.

Ordered 10 items in August. Still waiting for 7. Have contacted via email and was promised a response in 2 days. I have heard nothing. Such a shame as I have bought clothes from this company for years and have never had a problem previously.
Mistral's ordering system is total chaos
Something has gone terribly wrong with Mistral - they used to be a great firm selling good clothes - I have ordered from them many times over the years. Do NOT order from them!! I placed large orders of goods in their recent sale. They don't send itemised receipts although their emails say the goods are listed below, they don't refund returns bar one item ordered in August for the slightly lower wrong price, they don't answer their phone, they don't answer politie emails from me highlighting the problems. I have some cloted to return that I daren't send back because I know I won't get a refund at present. To make matters worse I have had 3 emails from them in the last week asking me to review itemised items I have recently brought from them!! It beggars belief.
Missing button and coat looking like it had been slept in.
My coat arrived looking like it had been slept in with a button missing. It’s awful quality. I now want to return it but after reading the reviews I am worried I will not get my £65 reimbursed. What has happened to this company? Such lovely shops but the business must be struggling.

Ordered 4+weeks ago, no response to at least 6 emails, no goods arrived yet, but they've taken the money from the account when they took the order. I suspect we'll soon hear that they've declared themselves bankrupt, ceased to trade and they won't have to pay a penny back to anyone!!! Not impressed at all

Do not buy from this company. Customer service appalling. I ordered a few items from them on the 30th June and am still waiting for handcream which was part of the order. I have sent over 20 emails and have only had a few replies. I have had no response from them since the 7th of August when I was offered a refund if no answers could be found as to why I had not received handcream. Please avoid dealing with this company
Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. I ordered a dress in early August and they sent me the wrong size. I have sent several emails asking them how to return it and had no response. I am now stuck with a dress that is too big! Not at all impressed.
Order not received
My order is nowhere to be seen. No one at all to speak to at customer services and sent email which they say takes 10 days to respond to. No response yet (now 6 days). Very disappointing as I like some of their clothes though last thing I eventually received from them had buttons missing and the rest hanging off. Won't be ordering again.
Ordered 2 items on 10th
Ordered 2 items on 10th, one item received and as it was faulty returned to a store. They couldn't do the refund in store, only send it back. Its now 8th September, no 2nd item and no refund for the item i took back to store. I know its covid, but customer service is poor, no replys to emails in the time line stated, no phone contact available. First time ordering with this company, don't think i will buy from them again
Do not buy online - no goods delivered!
4 weeks and I'm still waiting for my order and a refund for items returned 2 weeks ago. This company are taking money and not fulfilling orders. Beware do not shop with them.
