Excellent program, easy to use, very helpful customer service. Good integrations with other programs such as Todoist. And cross-platform support, too, so you don't miss an email. Fabulous!

Missive has been a super useful team for improving our team collaboration and efficiency over email. Previously when we’d use gmail, we’d have to communicate over slack about emails/drafts, and this has saved our team at least an hour per day. Highly recommend Missive!!

Quick response to work through an issue I was experiencing

Missive has made it soooo easy for me and my team to easily manage all client communication and manage the emails coming into our shared inbox. We had a very manual process via Gmail and then we tried Hiver but Hiver failed us in many ways and just wasn't what we were looking for.

We considered going back to using just Gmail but we KNEW we needed something to help us to easily triage emails to our team. That's when we were introduced to Missive and we've been so impressed sense. The look is very clean, it's easy to use, easy to assign and execute the work and to support our team and clients without letting things fall through the cracks.

Thanks to Missive, our team is easily communicating and commenting to each other and supporting our clients!

We use Missive for work as a team, and can collaborate between emails without including the customer on one topic. All the information is kept related to that one topic, which is great. An innovative solution and I love that the team is so responsive on conitnuously implenting new ideas!

Grâce à la règle des deux minutes, je peux répondre immédiatement aux courriels qui prennent moins de deux minutes à traiter, et transformer les autres en tâches planifiées dans ClickUp. L'intégration entre Missive et ClickUp est incroyablement fluide, permettant de convertir un e-mail en tâche d'un simple clic. Cela évite de jongler entre plusieurs applications et me permet de rester concentré et organisé.

Organisation automatique des courriels
Une des fonctionnalités les plus précieuses de Missive est la capacité de créer des règles pour organiser automatiquement les courriels. Par exemple, les newsletters peuvent être classées dans une étiquette spécifique et consultées uniquement pendant mes plages horaires dédiées à la veille. Cette fonctionnalité aide à garder ma boîte de réception propre et à me concentrer sur les courriels importants et urgents.

Intégration avec Chat GPT
En tant que grand fan de Chat GPT, j'ai été ravi de découvrir son intégration directe dans Missive. Cette fonctionnalité permet de corriger les textes, ajouter des emojis et améliorer la qualité des courriels sans quitter l'application. Cela rend la rédaction et la gestion des courriels plus efficaces et moins chronophages.

Modèles de courriels
Les modèles de courriels sont une autre fonctionnalité précieuse. Ils permettent de générer des réponses personnalisées en un clic, ce qui est un gain de temps inestimable pour les questions fréquemment posées. Cela facilite la gestion des courriels quotidiens et assure une réponse rapide et cohérente.

Communication en équipe
Missive facilite également la communication interne au sein des équipes. Plutôt que d'avoir des échanges interminables de courriels pour gérer une demande client, nous pouvons converser directement dans le courriel, évitant ainsi les réponses groupées. De plus, déléguer la réponse à un e-mail à un collaborateur est extrêmement simple et rapide.

Missive a radicalement transformé ma gestion des courriels et ma productivité. Cet outil est une solution incontournable pour toute personne cherchant à optimiser sa gestion des courriels et à améliorer son efficacité. Great application..Very fast services and great customer care

Missive is not the only "team email" app, but having used others, I can say it's definitely my favorite. Their support is top notch, their product has a clean, modern feel, and I really enjoy the configurability.

Missive, an email client praised for its collaborative features, has garnered a significant user base. However, a thorough investigation into its security practices reveals alarming deficiencies that potential users should be aware of. In the current digital landscape, data encryption is a fundamental requirement for any reputable email service provider. Encryption ensures that client data is protected both in transit and at rest. While Missive does encrypt data at rest and uses TLS (Transport Layer Security) for data in transit, there are vulnerabilities associated with TLS that should be considered. More secure options, such as end-to-end encryption, are available but are not utilised by Missive, likely due to the higher costs associated with implementing such robust security measures.

Missive's own statements regarding data security are inconsistent and troubling. The company admits that it can read user emails as they import and store them in their database, including text content and attachments. They claim to have internal tools for engineers to monitor the system but assert that these tools do not display email contents. This statement contradicts their admission of having access to user emails. They acknowledge having access to the database containing user emails to manage and maintain it for Missive's operation. These inconsistencies demonstrate a lack of transparency and raise doubts about Missive's commitment to data security.

Missive states that proof of their security measures is accessible. However, an email communication from a Missive representative revealed that they are not currently SOC-2 audited. The representative mentioned, "We are currently not SOC-2 audited. But the good news is we have completed the SOC-2 auditing process and should receive our letter of assessment in the next few days. I will follow up as soon as we receive it." This admission confirms that Missive's security claims are currently unverified, undermining their credibility and suggesting a lack of genuine effort in ensuring the security of their platform.

Missive is not a trustworthy communication-hosting platform. Its lack of more advanced data encryption, contradictory statements, and unverified security claims pose significant risks to the confidentiality and integrity of client data. In an era where data breaches and cyber threats are prevalent, it is crucial to entrust sensitive information only to companies that prioritise security and demonstrate transparent, robust measures to protect data.

Consider alternatives such as ProtonMail, Tutanota, or Lavabit, which have a proven track record of implementing strong encryption and adhering to industry best practices for data security. Do not compromise the safety of your valuable information by using a platform that fails to meet the necessary security standards. By using Missive, you are trading off access for your data for a bit of convenience when you could use communication platforms separately and maintain your privacy and your clients' privacy.

It is a serious risk of facing a legal battle that Missive probably will not support you with if client data gets leaked.

Missive is absolutely fantastic! Even for a 1-person operation like mine. Highly recommend looking into it as a solution for your business and I recommend all my clients move over to it.

Great email app and superb support. First day using it and have a few troubles that I needed assistance with. Within a few hours I had support and cleared the issues I was having. I must add troubles with setting up my email not with the client. Thanks again.

Missive is an easy-to-use, yet the most complete email client, with all the functions I wished for, and amazing for collaboration.
