Really like the Missive App, been using it for 6+ months with my support team, it's light & easy but lifts heavy. I can achieve pretty much anything. Constants update every 2 weeks or so. They are trying a new task feature now, so it's a plus.

expensive. they keep changing things which make it a non productive app.

I've been using Missive email with the company I work for and LOVE it. It sure makes communicating with customers AND my teammates easy. Also, their customer service is fabulous. I just emailed with a question and got a very detailed response in about five minutes. Highly recommend!

We have been using Missive for a few years now, and it's hard to imagine the time before it. The ability to collaborate and communicate with team members is superior to other tools I've seen. It is almost like the virtual equivalent of sitting directly next to your coworkers for purposes of sharing and discussing mail together. Capabilities including routing, sharing, moving, assigning, adding/removing, discussing, and real-time collaborative email edits are epic. On top of that, it's all pretty intuitive and it's basic functionality looks/feels like most any other email client (but with super powers), so there is no major learning curve when getting started.

Additionally - I should note that Missive is committed to constant improvement. They have a method for users to submit requests, they comment on those requests, and over time they implement many of them. I really appreciate both the visibility into that process, but also the outcomes of the dedication to always creating new capabilities.

I like that Missive is easy and intuitive to use. It's a nice tool to communicate with my teammates about specific email, but also to keep track on different orders, clients or other business stuff! It helps me on my everyday tasks :)

This program sucks. Asked me son many times the confirmation code in the last few months even if I click on 'Do not ask for this device again'.

Great email app when you have lots of emails

I’ve been using Missive since 2020 and my company could not have been as efficient as it was with email management.

This software has been extremely helpful with staying organized and communicating with my team. It saves so much time by allowing you to chat with your team about specific tasks, creating curated responses, and having the option for AI. I really love Missive and would definitely recommend to anyone I know!

We are new to Missive but having a ton of questions on our initial set up. The Missive team (specifically Phil) has been super helpful in all of our questions. Additionally, everyone we've talked to is super knowledgeable about the app and is able to easily answer any questions we may have.
