Out of stock for 60% of my couch but…

Out of stock for 60% of my couch but didn't tell me until after I'd received the first two pieces. Slow to respond to customer service outreach and wasn't really paying attention (their response was about my "replacement" pieces...nope just the original couch I bought and you didn't ship).

It's been two weeks and I still don't have my couch or an estimated delivery date. But they have my $2,400.

Edit: it took exactly a month after placing my order for me to receive everything. They did not really become engaged until after I threatened to do a chargeback on my credit card.

Got the Halo sectional and the dog hair just vacuums off like magic.

This made our day. Dog hair was one of the biggest things we designed for, so hearing it vacuums right off is exactly what we hoped. And if it ever gets beyond the vacuum, the covers zip off and go in the wash. Enjoy the couch.

We went with the Valen collection…

We went with the Valen collection because the Halo was too deep for our living room. The lower profile works way better

perfect setup

We’ve had our Mirewood setup for a couple of weeks now got it on the Memorial Day sale and we're obsessed. The ability to reconfigure the layout whenever we want is a game changer for our space. It stands up perfectly to daily use, the fabric is easy to clean. Ana was very nice and easy to deal with :)

fast delivery

I was getting ready to wait 6 to 8 weeks like every other furniture store online right now. Mirewood completely suprised me. True to their word, my order shipped out within 72 hours, and tracking was updated immediately. The delivery was smooth, and the packaging was great got my couch in like 5 days.

Great for dogs

Bought the halo sectional had it for a couple months now so far I love how the fabric works great with my dog and stains don’t show and is durbablee. Easy to clean and comfortable. If you have a dog differently recommends

love how its fully machine wasbale

i moved into a apartment space was worried about the sizing. but saw it was modular so it worked great for my space. what sold me how the whole couch was fully washable inlcding the base. it looks great in. my space :) if your shopping for a fully washable couch this is the one for you.

why we built the line tool-free; every Mirewood module fits through a standard
30-32" doorway and connects with hidden steel hardware in under a minute, no
power tools required.

You're right that full-frame washability is rare — most sofas marketed as
"washable" mean cushion covers only. On Mirewood, every cover comes off: seat
cushions, back cushions, arm covers, AND the frame cover. Machine wash on
cold/gentle, tumble dry on low. We built the line this way specifically for
renters, families, and pet households where regular cleaning isn't optional.

later (the hardware is identical across our entire line, so a piece you buy
in 2026 will connect to anything you bought today), ping us at

Best modular couch

If you’re looking for a quality sectional this is the sofa for you. It’s comfortable has these little connectors underneath the couch so it doesn’t even move around once it’s assembled.i can also order more pieces later if I want to grow it. customer service was good, good durable fabric also, especially if you have pets like em loveeee it

The connectors are one of the most over-engineered parts of the build, and
they're the reason a Mirewood sectional doesn't separate or gap over time
like most modulars do. Hidden steel inserts with tension bolts at every
module-to-module connection point. Once it's locked together, you can pull
a single module and the rest doesn't budge — it behaves like one piece of
furniture, not five pieces that happen to be touching.

And to your point about adding pieces later — the hardware is identical
across our entire line. The modules you have today will connect to chaises,
ottomans, or armless modules from any future Mirewood collection. People
build out their sectionals over 1-3 years as their space (or family) grows.

On the fabric: it's performance-grade, tested for pet households
specifically. Claws don't catch on the weave, pet hair brushes off easily,
and if anything does end up on it, every cover comes off and goes in the
wash. That's a deliberate choice — most "pet-friendly" sofa fabrics in the
industry are actually spot-clean only.

The Halo 3-seat is one of my favorites in the line. Big enough that two
people can actually stretch out, small enough that it doesn't dominate a
room. Glad it landed well in your space.

On the delivery — that 72-hour window is the thing we've worked hardest
on. A lot of modular sofa brands are quoting 8-12 weeks right now and I
always think "what are you supposed to sit on for two months?" So I'm
really glad it got to you fast.

If you ever want to add a chaise or an ottoman to it later, just message us.
Same hardware connects to anything we make, and we can usually match your
fabric lot if you don't wait too long between orders.
