Lived up to their name they found the leak and did a great job of the repair

Utterly Fantastic company. We contacted them on a Saturday, desperate for a trace and excavate service having had no water for days, they went above and beyond to help. They came out the next morning, and sorted everything for us. The excavation was undertaken with care to keep the excavation and resulting mess to a minimum, and they took the time to explain what had happened and why the leak had occurred and then fixed the leak and cleaned up leaving no trace of their visit.

We were panic stricken when we were told by British Gas that we had put a nail through a pipe while laying new floor. Barrie and Ross turned up on time, were calm, professional and friendly and quickly located the leak. We felt in extremely expert hands. The leak was fixed with a minimum of fuss. I hope we never have another leak but if we do there's absolutely nobody else we'd turn to.

All round great experience. We were experiencing a leak in the kitchen wall/ceiling leading to the bathroom.
