VERY Poor quality products - rags!!! And the refund policy is a scam. They do not refund items - saying they have to be returned to Asia: which is more expensive than the refund value of the items.
I was offered a 10% refund.
Do not buy from this company.

Following an earlier review I did on the disgraceful quality of dresses I received, I would like to warn all prospective customers that there is ZERO chance of getting a full refund. As previous reviewers have commented, they offer various percentages to dissuade you from sending the stuff back to ChinaI I returned the dresses in their original packaging to China where they were held at Customs for so long that the postal tracking disappeared. They should be banned from the UK marketplace - they mislead and don't follow any basic retail standards of returns and refunds.

I bought a dress from this company it took 2 weeks to arrive. Looked like the photo but the fabric was very cheap and the workmanship very poor. Their refund policy is awful, please read their terms & conditions before buying anything. Don’t be fooled by the word London they are from Hongkong.
I will never use this website again and recommend you don’t either.

Dreadful company. Dress and top I ordered were nothing like they looked on line.
Tried to return them and a message came up saying they were sorry but they have closed the store.
Criminal really.

Order not received. Like the other reviewers, I wish I had researched the company prior to purchase. I was misled by the name (reading in haste) confused it with Mint Velvet (an excellent company) no doubt designed to do so, and taken in by the photograph. Do NOT purchase.

Absolutely awful products. Total scam and nothing like pictures. Overpriced, poor quality and misleading website. Just wish I had done more research before ordering. The size of clothing is terrible. Need to return items but on reading reviews not going to stress myself out and will just give the clothing to a charity shop. Avoid this company at all costs.

Please avoid using this company! They are just a con in my opinion, you cannot return items they then offer you either 10% refund or different sizes to the ones you have ordered. I opted for 10% refund plus one item in a different size, i had ordered 3 items and guess what i was told you cannot have a refund of 10% which was £10 plus another blouse instead of the size ordered? Very uncomfortable to deal with and only way to connect is via email and a while to come to an agreed way forward which may still not be in your favour!! SO PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY to save your £s.

Do not buy. The quality is awful and the smell from the dress was horrible. Unable to return as it cost more than the original price of the dress to pay for the return shipping

I wish there was an option for Zero stars. As many other reviewers have pointed out, the name is misleading, the quality of material is poor and the clothes do not match the description - I too wish I had used Trutpilot first. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Mint London are NOT based in London - their clothes come from China. The quality is poor and sizing inaccurate. They proudly emblazon across their website that they offer a 14 day money back guarantee. So far, I have been offered a 10% refund, followed by 20%, followed by 30%. I have persisted and asked for a full refund, but I won't hold my breath. They are an absolute disgrace and need to be shut down.

Absolutely terrible quality fabric and fit. Product is nothing like the picture. Do not order from them. Absolutely awful, waste of money.

If there was a minus choice I’d say it!! Awful and just feel so stupid to be scammed like this. Again as othered the name confused me and I trusted a uk business. So bad quality and so hard to return! Terrible experience.

AVOID THIS COMPANY - Total SCAM. Clothes are shockingly poor quality, thin, badly sewn, cheap unwearable rubbish. Returns need to be paid by buyer and sent back to Asia. Seems returns impossible anyway. They offered me a 70% refund which I refused and have not heard since. I raised complaint via credit card and have reported to action fraud. This company needs to be closed down

The name is intended to mislead - this is certainly not a London, or indeed even British company. Products are produced in/from Asia (even the precise country is not revealed). Clothing is flimsy and poorly made. I ordered one shirt in two different colours - same size - and they were vastly different from each other in size! Tried to return the products (having read other Trustpilot reviews) and ended up "negotiating" for a partial refund rather than having to pay to ship something overseas which would likely not have resulted in a refund. WISH I HAD CHECKED HERE FIRST - BE SMARTER THAN I WAS!!

I RECEIVED TWO DRESSES WHICH ARRIVED AFTER THE DATE THEY WERE NEEDED FOR . NO PAPERWORK TO RETURN THEM . NO CONTACT NUMBERS OTHER THAN AN EMAIL SITE. DO THEY ACTUALLY EXSIST OR IS IT ONE BIG SCAM . IF SO WHY HAVEN'T THEY BEEN CLOSED DOWN ?

So, after a wait of 3 weeks my order arrived. Ordered XXL as I thought sizes would be small, but I cannot even get it the top over my head! Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering; customer service absolutely no help at all. Don’t waste your time or money.

This is by FAR the most irresponsible company I have ever dealt with...the product is below standards and very poor quality. The returns policy is deliberately diffifficult and outsourced to China...you pay all charges for returns! I have made serveal official complaints and will NOT STOP until Iain and Laura Jane MCINNES, Unit 33 Mitchell Point, Ensign Way, Hamble, Southampton, SO31 4RF refund me fully for a product that must have cost the £2 to make! DREADFUL....STAY CLEAR!

The refund process was horrific. The quality of the top I bought for £29.95 was awful, looked nothing like the material in the pictures / images and looked very cheap and nasty. It took a long time to come and then when I went to return it, they offered either a 10% discount which would be £2.99 or to sent it back to china / asia with complex shipping rules to follow. Why be called Mint London if you're shipping from Asia. I strongly recommend no-one buys from this company.
