Do not use this company as I have been waiting for a refund for nearly a month for sub-quality items that took far too long to arrive.

I ordered two shirt short combos for a holiday which took nearly a month to arrive as it is not made clear at any stage of ordering they are shipped from China.

When they eventually arrived they were poor quality and did not fit and I was told I would have to pay postage to return when the website clearly states free returns.

I have been waiting for a refund since August 15 when they said it would take five to seven business days. They are blaming my bank for processing and saying they have released the funds. It all feels like a scam and that I will never see my money again.

I cannot stress this enough, it is not worth buying from this scam company.

The clothes are photographed well but are terrible quality. They will not refund you. It is a scam.

Scam Thought I was buying from Mint Velvet misread it and it said London. Money was taken from China and goods sent from Southall. Shirts were dreadful. Will be more diligent in the future.

Dress described as cotton, was polyester, cheap & nasty, poor fit.
Would only accept return if I posted it to China.
Have offered me 50% discount now.

Ordered clothing which took ages to arrive and then as per previous reviews, the materials of the clothing was cheap!
I returned all the items which was expensive enough and made sure it was recorded delivery back to China. two months later they have yet to receive the items and they said i have to pay the EXPORT charges as well!!

They have agreed to process my refund now but i am not happy about the additional costs and length of time taken!

Dreadful people -returned goods to address they gave me in China. Just arrived back with me saying not known at this address - most dishonest people I have ever come across. Lesson learnt - don’t buy off Facebook or Instagram. Nowhere do they say they are based in China . 16 emails later - still no nearer to a refund. Be careful - they have rebranded as UnityLondon - still scamming I expect!

I ordered a dress from this company. It took weeks to arrive and when it did, it wasn’t in any way as described! Very cheap material without any real labelling. I had contacted the company before the dress arrived and asked for a refund because of the delay in delivering. I was informed that as it was in transit this wasn’t an option. Now that I have the dress, they are offering a refund of 10% if I keep the dress as apparently the cost to post back to them is expensive and time consuming! Their words. Also the company is concerned about the environment impact!
This is a total scam and the company should not be allowed to trade.

Terrible clothing, made of really poor quality material. I asked to return the dress that I had bought and was offered a 10% refund . What sort of cheating company is allowed to do this?

The company may be called Mint London but there is nothing UK about the company. The order took ages to come and poor quality clothes. Trying to return the clothes is impossible as you have to pay return for postage to Asia which costs a fortune. You end up accepting 20% of the cost of the items to keep items that you don’t want as it’s not worth paying the return postage costs. It even takes them ages to pay that. It’s been over 10 days and I haven’t received any refund yet.
Very disappointing and I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

Do not buy from this company! It’s a scam. They are not U.K. based and you will not get your money back but lure you in with shipping and customs charges on top of your purchase. I can’t emphasise enough to not buy from them.

I ordered 2 dresses which were of shocking quality and not the sizes as noted. When I asked for return slip, I was offered a refund with no return of the goods. Having been in discussion with the company over the last few weeks and having had an offer of a partial refund, this has never been forthcoming. My next step is to liaise with trading standards to try to ensure this company are brought to account for their poor quality goods and business integrity. I do not recommend this company.

Like every other person who has dealt with this despicable company MINT LONDON, I am disgusted that they are allowed to continue trading.
After 23 emails back and forward, telling me I had to return the goods to China but they would give me a discount to keep these pieces of rubbish. Think of the environment and waste they said...WHAT??? Did they think of that when they sent this rubbish half way around the World? Each email from them increased the discount offered but of course there was never going to be a refund from this company. I subsequently contacted my bank and they have opened a chargeback with them. I am not going to be fobbed off by their dishonest and fraudulent behaviour. Mint/Unity London (THEIR NEW NAME) have now asked me to cancel the chargeback saying they will refund me 50% straightaway and then the further 50% once the bank have confirmed I have cancelled the chargeback!!! Not a hope, I will continue with this fight.
DO NOT GIVE IN TO THEIR UNDERHAND TACTICS, DO NOT LET THEM KEEP YOUR MONEY.
I see they have now changed their name to UNITY London. Please DO NOT BUY from this company, they will steal your money and send you sub-standard rubbish, only fit for the rubbish bin.

Promise of refund within 2 weeks not honoured. Will never deal with them again. Lost £40 and allowed to keep a rubbish fabric dress!!! Total liars and thieves!!!

Similar to most people, delivery took ages, order arrived ed and of shocking quality, not as described. To return you have to pay postage back to china and customs expenses!
They offer 10% refund then 20%, then 50%, agreed at 80% refund after numerous emails back and forth, heard nothing since.
Please please do not order from this company!

Dreadful company, appalling clothes. Trading under false pretences using a UK based name letting customers think that goods are coming from the UK not China. Everything contravenes the UK consumer act for Goods of quality and as advertised. Report them and flood social media everytime they advertise that this is a scam company..

Do not buy from this company. Do not even deserve 1 star. This company is a joke and I'll be reporting to Trading Standards. They take your money, hide the returns policy, take weeks to send garments, quality is awful, then try and put any blocker in your way to stop you from returning the goods to Asia. Returns process is very costly and you have to contact them to get the address to send it back to - I'm still waiting for it, despite them only giving 14 days to return. I have been offered a 20% refund - no I want a 100% refund, as I don't want any of your shoddy clothes. An absolute joke - I'm £170 out of pocket and then they have the cheek to re-brand - probably so they can dodge the tax man and likely trading standards.

This company is a scam. If you do decide to buy from them then pay by credit card so you can do a chargeback if the goods are not what you expect as their 100% returns policy is not true. I bought from a draped dress from them. When the goods eventually arrived, rather than a drape the cut of the dress left a gap in the front right up to my nether regions - and no-one needs that! In trying to return the dress i was offered a 10% refund rather than having to pay to return the goods to China. On challenging them, I finally got this up to 20% or pay to return the goods. I therefore raised a chargeback with the credit card company. Mintondon then offered me 70% refund if I cancelled the chargeback. My credit card company advised me not to engage with them further. I firmly believe their business model is absolutely to sell shoddy cheap goods and rely on people accepting reduced refunds so they retain the surplus. Do not buy from this company.
