Beautiful bag, leather is exceptionally beautiful. High quality. Fit snd finish (zippers, sewing, pockets) are also of the highest quality. Quite frankly, I never expected to get this quality at the unbelievable low price it cost. I was much more than pleasantly surprised.

I want them all!

The Thea crossbody blue bag I bought is so lovely, very well designed ,made of a nice and soft leather: I use it all day long and at last I stopped dragging big and non elegant bags!It is delivered in an elegant box, in the due time. I found a perfect Minooy support, extremely kind and efficient.Everything was much better than expected.I definetely love Minooy bags and ordered another white crossbody bag( I would get them all!)

5* Customer Service

I purchased the Thea Crossbody in brown over year ago. LOVED it, wore it every day, traveled all over - perfect hands free bag. Great weight, compartments were just right for my everyday travel needs.

Part of the leather on the back became thin and the underlying membrane/support was starting to show through. I emailed Minooy, honestly not expecting much of anything, however, they responded within 24 hours, asked for photos and offered several options for replacement - all at no cost to me. True to their word, a replacement new Thea bag arrived today. Very impressive. A company that still knows what customer satisfaction stands for. Highly recommend this product.

Took forever to get the purses

Took forever to get the purses. Ordered a month before vacation and didn't have them before I left. The purses are nice but heavy! Once you put items in them the are too heavy to be crossovers.

I have ordered 4 crossbody handbags

I have ordered 4 crossbody handbags. I took one on a cruise/tour and it worked out beautifully. Was comfortable and carried everything I needed in one place. I gave one as a gift and the recipient loves it. One I received had a defective zipper, so returned it. The last I purchased for myself in a different color. I carry lots of stuff and it all fits nicely.

Where is my exchange?

I purchased an Athena bag on May 5. When the bag arrived I realized it was larger than I wanted. Contacted Minooy and had a very positive response and they were willing to change the bag. As instructed I shipped the bag USPS and sent a copy of the shipping order to Minooy via email. They have not been in contact with me since receiving the shipping order or acknowledged receipt of the handbag at the Ontario Ca address. I just want to either receive the exchange bag or get a refund. At the very least I would like a response to my numerous inquiries. I want to like this company but am struggling.

Great quality and service

The first purse I ordered came in the most beautiful box and was of terrific quality... but just not the right size. When I tried to return it, the company simply asked me to pick out another size and keep the first one. No problems, no questions, no hesitation. It was perfect and based on the level of quality and service, I would definitely order again from Minooy!

The purse that I ordered was too small…

The purse that I ordered was too small for my needs. I contacted Minooy and after a couple of email exchanges I was able to get a full refund. The emails just discussed shipping information, and possible options. I am very satisfied doing business with them. I am currently awaiting the item I ordered as a replacement.

If I had decided which bag I wanted earlier, they would have placed the order for me. Good customer service.

Concerned & worried I'm getting conflicting information…

I'm getting conflicting information from the company and from the post office. The company is stating that they sent the bag out and that the post office has it. The post office says there's no such bag they cannot find it. They only know there's a label that was created and that's it. So now I'm very worried that this company is doing a fraudulent tracking number, which they can do and pretending like they sent it out when they did not. Because the post office has looked for days for it and they have no information on it other than the fact that a tracking number and a label was created but no bag has arrived. I do not know this company I'm not sure if they're a legit company cuz I'm beginning to feel like they're not because my package has not moved in many days and I'm apprehensive and I'm concerned that I spent almost $200 on something I'm not going to get. I am not getting good updates, I'm not getting good information from the company and now I'm worried

I am trying to get return instructions- it is a great deal of work for the buyer. Please try to minimize the instructions.

The return is because the purse is too bulky when items are placed inside the many compartments.

I will never buy from this company.
