Mini bikes off-road Omdömen 

After sale service very bad, takes weeks to reply, and they sent me the wrong parts. I have to call few times before someone answer and after takes to long or never to sort you out. I quite to deal with them, and looking to buy the right part from a different company.

Communication from the supplier and delivery team was spot on. Good quality bike and well built started on first kick.
There was a few scratches on the frame paint work I’m guessing from delivery but nothing that a little t-cut won’t solve, only problem I really have with the bike is that there is no fuel cock shut off.
Overall though really impressed with the bike especially for the price really well built.

Just fitted to day need to renew fuel pipes before testing.
Carburettor was as decribed, fitted the small mono bike as a straight replacement. some issues with delivery but not the suppliers fault (received no one home parcel in cupboard message but no parcel, parcle turned up next day. I conatcted supplier and the immedietely said they would look into it but as delivered next day no need. I would deventately use this company again

Still haven't been able to ride the motorbike properly yet. Wnet away with work as soon as it arrived so the 30-day teturnnpolicy had expired whenni finally had the opportunity. Topped up the oil and added petrol and took it out and got 3/4 of the way round the block so only about 800m. When I got home the fuel hose had snapped and the kick-start had come loose. Would not buy a pit-bike again. Spend the extra money and get a decent, named brand from Japan.

Just received my daughters quad.
It’s scraped and damaged, not put together properly and it doesn’t even work!!! No one’s answering the phone or emails?!?!??!?!
It was delivered uncovered with no protection and it was soaking wet, all the stickers are coming off 😡😡😡

Bike would not start after my child being out on it once. Contacted them by email where they said I may need new spark plug which I changed but still did not start, I kept emailing and calling to see if someone could help me a bit more but my emails were getting ignored and no one answered my phone calls.
I’m now taking this further due to paying £700 for this bike that worked once and the staff not being very helpful.

I purchased a bike for my son's from their store. I chose the option to assemble the bike myself. I later that day had apprehensions realising that assembling a bike is not like assembling a coffee table as it is an automobile and may require mechanics tools. I tried calling them and had no answer for a few calls so I had further apprehensions and checked their reviews on trustpilot. Some were good but some were bad so I was worried and was trying to get a refund or at least speak to someone but this didn't happen the bike came the very next day 1st thing in the morning and all my fears were put to rest as the bike arrived and was a breeze to assemble (easier than a coffee table.)
After assembling the bike I realised a piece was broke and called the company. They answered straight away this time and sent a replacement piece out no problem.
Here's where the customer service becomes exceptional; I then broke the bike no fault of their own and I was worried that I had thrown £270 down the drain and would have to spend the same amount (which is a cheap price for the product that it is and to pay that twice is probably what the item is worth as I have seen other companies charge about that price but for me is just to much.) I called them up and told them I had broken the bike through my stupidity and they offered to fix it for next to nothing. I have just received the bike back in working order and my son will be happy with his present.
And with the service I received I now would be happy to pay £270. I have told my friends and family who have said they will probably shop their now and I wrote this review in hopes that it helps the next customer choose these guys. I wish them nothing but the best.

No one buy a quad or anything for that matter from minioffroad. Their customer service is appalling and they cut the phone off on people to not have to deal with their faults. They have sold me a new BROKEN quad and refuse to take it back to fix it when it was my little boy's present. They don't answer their phones or emails and just take the money and charge extra on top of a built service for quads that don't even work. I'm not the first person who they've done this to!!! Fuming is not the word. We work hard to buy nice things and "companies" like this take your money and run!! 😡🥺

They say it is over the 30-day period but I spoke to them within the 30 days which they refuse to admit. They didn't answer their phone after calling 76 times. I've emailed so many times and have had one response.

When I finally got through to them, they did admit this is a usual occurrence with kids quads and to get a pallet and they will pick it up. I got the pallet and they said they have never spoken to me.. strange!!! I have all the evidence.

I will be going trading standards and reviews will be left everywhere possible!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

It has completely ruined my son's birthday as he's not been able to ride it.

The management and workers there are clearly incapable of being truthful. I had obtained the pallet within the timeframe, actually quicker but they stated they had no note of speaking to me so refused to pick the quad up once it was on the pallet. I have all of the evidence of phone calls and recordings. As discussed with the rude manager I am not willing to take out the engine as it is not my job to do this, it should have come in working order and they will need to pick up the quad as they could then accuse me of breaking something whilst doing this as I have lost utter trust in this poor company.

Nevertheless, I will be going to trading standards and taking it further if it isn't sorted by the 22nd of October.

Pretty good for price, would recommend having basic of road bike knowledge before purchasing..

Smooth transaction, delivered on time, Packed very well.
Straight forward assembly, if your child is tall, go for the 2nd nearer of the fixing point.
On first 100m test run, noticed slight chain/sprocket noise. Lubed the chain with quality chain oil, zero chain noise.
Throttle span responce isn't linear regardless of setting, so just be aware. ( minor observation).
Other than that, powerful, and good quality machine for the price. My lad absolutely loves it.

Great service. Easy to order. Superb customer service, had a few questions and Sam answered within minutes or sending email. Delivered quickly and with full tracking all the way. Motorbike great as well, good quality and easy to build. Highly recommended.
