No response from them
Placed a £350 order thursday 30th july through shop app and it came up "confirmed preparing these items for shipping" waited till monday morning still no change so sent an email to the email address on website and it states "will try and respond in 1 working day" and had no response tried calling the phone number on the website and goes straight to voicemail.
Not very good customer service and for it not to even be sent out for delivery after 4 working days is poor

Placed an order via Instagram as prices…
Placed an order via Instagram as prices seemed fair. Didn’t hear anything for a week so emailed and requested a refund. Initially they said it wasn’t possible, so a few days later I mentioned I paid by Amex and was going to refund through them. I then got a full refund. Tracking was never received or updated and their initial response to me was to refuse a refund. Sorted in the end, but I won’t ever be ordering from these guys again - waste of time.

Your item was dispatched while we were changing shipping providers, which we explained to you. Unfortunately, a small number of orders were affected and not delivered. We worked directly with each customer to resolve the issue, and every affected order has now been refunded or replaced.
We also sent a detailed email explaining what had happened and confirmed that, should the original goods still arrive, you could keep them at no charge.
It is disappointing that your review suggests no correspondence was received, as we replied to your emails and issued your refund as soon as the delivery issue was identified.
Ordered an ETB for my son
Ordered an ETB for my son. Turned out to be the wrong one. Wasn't opened. The refund policy said it could be returned. Sent an email requesting return details was told they won't accept returns and ignored follow up emails. Be cautious.

Hi Christopher,
As stated, TCG products can be easily tampered with after delivery. Unless you have received the wrong item, we are unable to accept a return.
We asked you to provide a photograph confirming that the item remains unopened before returning it to us. Due to the high level of return fraud within the trading card industry, change of mind returns are not accepted by retailers in this sector.

I am totally blown away by how amazing this company is. Kind compassionate and extremely considerate. They are so professional and really care about their customers. From ordering to receiving, they have been absolutely fantastic. 100% recommend them, and will definitely be ordering again soon
