wish i could leave a no star review
wish i could leave a no star review, bought a bike for my granddaughters birthday and when she opened it it looked like it had been dropped from a crane , every part of the bike was damaged, front wheel was broken in two , calliper was snapped off , all plastics were broken and exhaust and frame dented , they were quick to pick the bike up but since then i’ve heard nothing, they won’t answer emails and never answer the phone , ive now had to open a case against them with paypal to get my money back , there’s plenty of firms selling these bikes so go with one of those and avoid these like the plague ,

Bought a quad last year and hasn't run since we have had it poor customer contact and bike still sitting there since last Nov 2021 still here almost Sept 2022 saying we are too far away to get it fixed Glasgow but took almost 1000 pounds of us STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CON Artists phoned and sent video of bike turning over and all they could say is we are a small company my sister phoned and I was there bike is broken and no more contact said couldn't contact us as you were moving premise s

50cc mini dirt bike
Bought a 50cc mini dirt bike arrived really fast really well built for the price, had a couple of issues with it (fuel filter leak and throttle handle wouldn't tighten) but after contacting the company they sent me the new parts and I can't fault the bike. friendly staff with good communication will definitely be buying a bigger bike in the near future

Terrible company I brought a mini dirt…
Terrible company I brought a mini dirt bike and when it arrived it was broke and leaked fuel. When contacting the company they said the bike will be picked up for a refund. That was 6 weeks ago and still nothing and no reply.

We booked colllection 3 times with DHL and all failed because no one was home. We asked when would be a good day for collection and got no response back. Sorry you've had a bad experience
