I ordered a shirt in October and have not received it. I have written many times and have had no response. I am more and more convinced that I have lost my shirt and my money.

lack of communication, I received the order after 3 weeks, it was too late, now I want to return it because I do not need it anymore, and I explained them via emails... now they dont reply, no communication at all..... what a scam

I ordered boots for my granddaughter’s birthday present and just to be told out of stock. Received the items weeks after her birthday.

I have order in August a dress, And I didn’t even receive the dress. I text them to send me the money back and still now they don’t send me the money and please don’t order because it’s a scam.

Worst sizing and hat looks nothing like the picture!

We tried to change Many times one if the ítems ,and it was impossible..we will not never order to mínimo bebé its too complícate

Ich habe ein Set bestellt Größe 4-5 Jahre. Es kam 1-2 Jahre an. Der Kundenservice hat mir nicht geholfen, ich wollte das Set kostenlos zurückschicken und die richtige Größe erhalten, da es ja nicht mein Fehler war. Stattdessen musste ich das richtige Set neu bestellen und habe nun doppelt bezahlt und ein Set in einer Größe die ich nicht brauche. Der Kundendienst sagt seit Monaten dass sie sich kümmern aber es passiert nichts, obwohl ich schon bestimmt 20 mal nachgefragt habe….

I ordered on August 8th, another color was sent, immediately after receiving the product, I registered a return on your page and so far I have sent dozens of emails requesting the return of the product and refund, and so far I have not received my money. The service is unimaginably bad and terrible.
You don't care about the satisfaction of a regular customer, I still haven't received a reply to my last email

Worst shop ever! Do not buy from them.
First items of poor quality, cheaply made.
Then there is no returns. I tried to return items when I received them all thrown into small box without packing, with items being creased and some ruined ( straw hat) because of pore packaging. I was told there is no refunds. When o insisted and explained the reason. I was given some dodgy address in Netherlands, which I have sent return and payed around £25 from my own money on top. And after month chasing I didn’t hear from them back. And the order returned to me.
Feel completely disgusted by approach like that. And sad that nothing can be done. They just deleted my comments from all the social media and people ( who saw my comments on their social media, before it got deleted) were writing to me, that they had exactly same problems with the brand.
Do not buy!

Is a scam I ordered shoes was not suitable I sent them back never refunded especially do not buy

Recieved shoes that are not the same as in picture. Sent it back paying 20€ more. It’s been 5 months and I still did not have my reimbursement after thousands of mails.

Wenn ich 0 Sterne vergeben könnte würde ich es sofort tun!!
Ich laufe seit Mai meinem Geld hinterher, was ich bis heute noch nicht zurück erstattet bekommen habe für eine Retoure die ich auch noch selber bezahlen musste!!!
NIEMALS würde ich nochmal dort bestellen!!!

Really bad experience.
They have refused for me to return my items.
They are not responding to my emails and i can't get a refund.
if you check the reviews many people had the same issue.

ABSOLUTELY in love with this brand. High quality and love the style.

Scam - thanks God, I got my money back but I had to send a lot of emails with the threat of legal action.

The shoes were to big . Tried to return them but it was imposible and also the support i received was not helpful at all . Will never buy again from this store
