They have always been easy to deal with , and have great customer service.
The product itself is brilliant, haven't been able to find a product with even a fraction of the potassium you get in this one.
And the flavour is great too.

Initially Disappointing Customer Support, Since Resolved.
I originally left a negative review after my order arrived in poor condition. The original box was torn, one of the powder containers had both seals broken, and a significant amount of the product had spilled out. At the time, I was also disappointed by the lack of response to my email.
I am pleased to update this review. Mineral Republic has since contacted me, apologized for both the damaged product and the delay in communication, and arranged for a replacement to be sent free of charge. The replacement arrived safely and in good condition.
While the initial experience was frustrating, I appreciate the company's efforts to make things right and their willingness to stand behind their products. Thank you to the team for resolving the issue professionally. I would be happy to purchase from Mineral Republic again in the future.

We also apologize for the delay in responding to your email at the time. While we aimed to reply within 24 hours, we fell short on this occasion, and we understand how frustrating it must have been not to receive an acknowledgment while dealing with a damaged product.
We appreciated your patience and the opportunity to make things right, and we hope the replacement arrived safely and met your expectations.
