Great company, great products, great fun!
I’ve dealt with them for a while and happy with their vitamin D3 and K2 supplement - their updates and communication are fun and lively, which makes a change from the usual approach by most companies - makes MOBU stand out!

Disapointed and still without the order! Update.
Ordered on 29th September - received shipping details . which showed no movement for 4 days and now says "Sorry, we can’t find the status of your tracking number"wrote to Mobu didnt receive a reply. So poor service on various levels. Disapointed and still without the order! Received goods on 5th October, delayed due to a problem with the courier.

Thanks for the honest feedback here and apologies. Your message came through on Friday and we got back to you on the Monday as our offices were closed over the weekend period.
The order appears to have been delivered now on 5th October. It was processed promptly but there was a delay from our courier partner which was sadly out of our control.
We will learn from this and look to improve on the communication if delays do occur with our courier. Sorry again for this poor experience :(
