Long test to make you feel like You're getting value and you're invested, all to hide your results behind a a pay wall. The exact same questions and unsurprisingly the same results can be obtained from shorter online questionnaires. Total waste of money.

They get you to spend 20 mins filling in questions before telling you you'll need to pay them money to read the result.

Ethically wrong - you finally accept that your child might need help and as a parent, a final resort is to look for help online, after analysing and answering all their questions, with your child’s interest at heart, they ask for your money. I bet the so called results will say ‘Yes’ your child has ADHD

Scam. Makes you take a long test then asks for money. Screw you.

Very questionable ethical practices.

I took a 20 min. test with instructions I would receive an email with results at ( no charge obviously indicated ). You appear to sell helpful products which I considered the reason for the testing. I am then surprised at the end of test with a ( minimal ) charge to receive my results. This is only after instructions that test results are sent to my email with results "all implications no charge".

You make the charges for test results very difficult to find from a segment the population that is not detail oriented? This heavily implies "intent" to make me do the work with expectation of no charge on the back end after I have put in the time and work on the front end.
The reason I googled you instead of putting in my credit card for the minimal charge was your practice raised my "scam instincts". The reason I do not pay the min. fee is "its wrong". The reason I have taken the time to write this review and share it with you and others is to let you know "just how wrong this is".
I would suggest you might sell a lot more of your products by building a trust foundation instead of sabotaging any trust before you have gained it.

I'm not even opposed to charging for your services, but tell people upfront! Such cr@p!

As others have said, only clear that you have to pay for results after you have spent 20 mins answering 60 questions. Paid for report - very little personalised information and interpretation based on score, just generic information on the condition.

Spend 20 minutes or so doing a test with 50 questions and at the end I found out that I had to pay to get my results. That should be clear from the start not at the end.

Scam, only tell you at the end that you have to pay. If you click on scroll to test, it quickly scrolls you past the pricing information. So you end up answering 60 questions to find out at the end that there is a cost involved.
