Been getting Millie's cookies for years but lately they have been terrible 😭. The last couple times we have bought cookie cake online there has hardly been any icing on and the last cookie cake we had tasted stale and was falling apart and also had pretty much no icing inbetween. Messaged customer service and all they said was our feedback was valued and they will be sure to make improvements. Am gutted because we love Millie's cookies cakes and have always got them for birthdays and Christmas but will definitely not anymore.

Normally love a Millie’s cookies treat however writing this review to let people know not to order the online delivery option, cookie looks nothing like advertised on their website and the taste was pretty disappointing too.

If this cookie was less in price then I would just take the loss but the fact the total came to just short of £40 with delivery and customer service offering no help and trying to tell me they can’t guarantee the cookie would look the same (I’m not expecting identical but for the price you’d think it would be pretty close)

So disappointed. I love baking myself and could have done a better job.

My delivery came broken. I completed the online form to ask for my £25 order to be refunded as my item arrived damaged - no one has bothered to respond back to me. Will not be ordering from here again.

I ordered a birthday cookie cake for my daughter, i placed my otder on the Tuesday and it is now Friday and DHL have still not delivered!!!
I could not get through to them either by phone or email and am furious.
I will never use them again.

I experienced a checkout issue when placing an online order which resulted in two sequential orders being processed 37 seconds apart, including two delivery charges.

I only intended to make one purchase and received only one confirmation email. Had I received confirmation of two orders, I would have cancelled one immediately.

The two order numbers were sequential and created within the same minute, indicating they were processed during the same purchase session rather than being two deliberate orders. If I had intended to buy two items, I would reasonably have added a quantity of two within a single order and avoided paying two delivery fees.

I raised this with both the retailer and my credit card provider. While I understand that technical scheme rules were applied, I was disappointed that no responsibility was acknowledged for the checkout experience that led to the duplicate processing. The responsibility appeared to be placed entirely on the customer to have identified the issue at the time, despite only one confirmation being received.

I also note that several other recent reviews reference similar frustrations with customer service responses, which was concerning to read.

Overall, the situation felt handled strictly by policy rather than common sense or customer care.

Seamless, professional and great experience overall for my corporate order.

Ordered a double cookie for a birthday and it arrived extremely dry and completely crumbled by a light touch, I spoke to customer service and they kindly sent out another just to have the exact same issue. Cookies should not crumble to pieces and be so dry it falls apart especially when it’s a double and has icing holding half of it together. Extremely disappointing but can say customer service response was fast and effective also delivery service was amazing just need better quality product.

Terrible company to try and get hold of. Ordered a cookie for my son’s 16th. Paid for Saturday delivery. Email from dhl to say out for delivery 2:10-3:10. Email at 11am to say delivered to SURNAME. Called DHL to send me a picture of where it was delivered as I’m stood on the doorstep. Couldn’t get tracking or photo would call depo and call me back. Recalled dhl as no call to say nothing they can do until Monday as the depo closed. Was advised via dhl that the cookie didn’t even leave the depo. Emailed Millie’s straight away as per website via the contact us but no reply, no answer via the phone just cuts you off, now received an email from DHL SURPRISE we lied and didn’t deliver your cookie Saturday and will be attempting Monday, so Cookie will be 4 days old. Absolutely not.
I’ve sent email for immediate refund no point after a birthday .
DO NOT ORDER IF YOU NEED IT BY A GUARANTEED DAY. You won’t speak to anyone and dhl don’t care.

Terrible company. Ordered Friday morning for a valentines treat for our daughter , next day, dhl commerce attempted delivery but wrong street. Stupid photo of a locked gate. Millie’s phone just cuts you off, impossible to speak to DHL, totally ruined Valentine’s Day surprise, dhl attempting Monday, so Cookie will be 4 days old. Not having it. I’ve sent email for immediate refund. Do not order from Millie’s cookies, I never will again. Discusting service

Paid for a double cookie for my daughter’s birthday party as had a lot of guests (we got a cookie instead of cake) delivered in time but when I opened it it was only a single! Tried to customer service over 15 times no answer ruined her day! Absolutely furious! I have photos but unable to attach!

EDIT- had response from customer service who offered £5 refund the price of the double layer or vouchers. Not accepted when it’s ruined her day!

Ordered cookie for Valentine’s Day, received email to say that it would arrive on Monday instead of today which was disappointing but it did actually arrive on time today, well packaged and looking great so can’t complain. Very happy with purchase.

Ordered a cookie for next day delivery and only this morning received an email to tell me that it isn’t arriving until Monday when this was ordered for Valentine’s Day. The cookie will be stale and completely not needed 3 days late.

Do not advertise next day delivery for orders before 1pm if this can’t be fulfilled especially with occasions. £30 out of pocket for the product not to arrive when expected and no email communication about this being late - terrible service will not be ordering again

Ordered a Valentine's Cookie on Monday and selected Friday 13th as my delivery day so that it arrived for Valentine's day. Received an email today to say it will be delivered on Monday! Monday is no good and now I need to find an alternative at such late notice.
First time I've ordered and won't order again. I've rang and get no answer and have no reply to my contact form. Awful service.

Ordered a Valentine's cookie weeks ago to ensure here on time - wasn't delivered despite being at home waiting. Now due to arrive 3 days late. No way of getting hold of anyone as phone lines always seem to be down and no response to email. Very poor, particularly as this also happened last time I ordered for a birthday. Kind of misses the point when it's that late (and stale).

Millies Cookies is an excellent and outstanding site this is my first time ordering and I have ordered a heart shaped cookie for Valentine's day as a treat for my son from his baby daughter and on the cookie it says Happy Valentine's Day and has red and white icing round the edges it's just beautiful and so pretty my son will love it and it has a free message to my son as well from his baby daughter which is great and I more than 💯💯💯💯 very highly recommend Millies Cookies to anyone thankyou so very much for all your very hard work Millies Cookies it's greatly appreciated I can't wait to see my sons face on Valentine's day when he sees this truly amazing delicious and yummy cookie it's truly perfection in every way thankyou Millies Cookies for being SIMPLY THE BEST.😊👍💋
