Miles Morgan Travel - Portishead Omdömen

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Made booking easy. Helped us through all the options and a nice cup of tea 🙂

Very helpful, informative and friendly service. Provided paperwork for trip. Booked vacation at the desk

Usually do my research online then prefer to book in person with local travel agent. Always use Miles Morgan as have had good service and most times can match online price. So much prefer the personal touch with a human being.

My experience with Miles Morgan Travel has been amazing. They coped with the changes I asked for and have put together an exceptional package for me and a friend . I would highly recommend them .

Megan dealt with me very courteously & made the booking process easy, highly recommend Miles Morgan travel who I have now used several times for my cruise bookings from Liverpool.

Very helpful as usual booking a holiday at very short notice and h getting seats together on return flight.
We love having you in the village precinct.
Many thanks.
Well done vicky

As I've said on previous reviews, the staff at the Portishead shop are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Also the cup of tea and biscuits were most welcome yesterday. Long may it continue.

Popped in with questions relating to our first ever cruise holiday later this year, got that done and ended up booking a longer one next year.
Friendly helpful staff happy to help and explain

Great staff at Miles Morgan. I have booked holidays with them several times and it as always been a smooth and pleasant process.

Fantastic efficient speedy service from Teresa Bird, she was so helpful choosing the right holiday destination for me

Very helpful and fully understanding what we wanted

Excellent customer service, fast, efficient and friendly and the quick call backs were much appreciated.

Booked my cruise whilst on board the Arvia you looked after us so well when we booked the cruise on the arvia through you we asked p and o to pass the booking on to you many thanks

Gave good advice and information based on personal experience

Megan Handover made our arrangements so easy. She was just lovely, welcoming, efficient and warm. Definitely we'll be using Miles Morgan regularly from now on 😎

The whole friendly process. Highly recommendef

The staff were incredibly helpful and ensured that the correct room for my sister's needs were suitable.

Teresa was a great help in advising when we should renew our passport, which we were unsure of, due to the change in EU requirements. We felt reassured that we could book a holiday with sufficient validity on our passport. She was very helpful, listening to the type of holiday and accommodation we would like, before assisting us in booking a hotel in Lanzarote. We have used MMT before and have always felt more than happy with the service

I always get a great, timely and efficient service. This time it was a very short notice booking and Tracey knows me well enough to have found exactly what suited.
All the staff are polite, professional and good humoured. I’d never go elsewhere..
