Miles Morgan Travel - Portishead Omdömen

As per usual staff very friendly and able to make bookings easy will be using again.

Fiona was able to achieve the best deal for us. She was extremely knowledgeable and was willing to spend time looking up the most convenient flights and options.

Knowledgeable and very efficient. Vicky in Portishead branch helped us secure the resort we wanted and was quick to turn round options for us before we decided and went ahead with the booking. I would recommend

Very professional.

We always use Miles Morgan to book mainly our long haul trips

Wouldn’t go anywhere else
Always helpful full of knowledge and get great customer service

Miles Morgan in Portishead is our favourite High Street Travel Consultants. Always helpful. Very professional but also very friendly and approachable. We use Teresa Bird as she knows our preferences. All the ladies in the shop are lovely. ☺️

Excellent advice and service

Teresa was so helpful and professional and nothing was too much trouble so very happy to use Miles Morgan and the team .

Very efficient, not only over the phone but also responding to emails too.

Always very friendly and helpful and go the extra mile.

Politeness, helpful, and not pushy.
Helped by lovely lady called Tracy from Portsihead Bristol.

Quick responses to my queries and lots of information given. Needed some information altered on the booking. Disappointed that I wasn't told when the full payment was due, even though I spoke to someone directly to pay the deposit. Discovered email info stated that day ! 16 weeks prior to trip. Will pay next week once I've moved funds to my current account.

Each time we have used Miles Morgan, we have been treated faultlessly and professionally by your members of staff. It was a pleasant experience and would recommend your business to anyone looking to book a holiday with personal contact and not online.
Thank you
The Sylvesters

Megan was very helpful, friendly and efficient, as are all the staff at your Portishead office. The booking process was very easy and very efficient.

Would always recommend

Excellent service! Vicky found us the perfect holiday which ticked all our boxes at a good price. So much easier than spending hours trying to do it ourselves.

As always excellent service from excellent staff who are a pleasure to deal with. Fiona is knowledgeable and always ready to help with any queries or questions. Great service

Very good service and everything explained in full.

Our agent was excellent. We were given as much time as we needed and never rushed. Every thing was organised for us and explained clearly. She kept us informed throughout. Definitely use Mikes Morgan again.
